Very pleased. They are very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

I had used them a number of years ago. I called on a Friday after hours and left a message. I got a response back Monday and they were out Tuesday. They did a great job. They let me know ahead of time for the service. They were great.

They did an excellent job and were very easy to talk to. we wil have them come quarterly now.

The Gunter rep was prompt and courteous, and did his job quickly and quietly. We did see a few spiders here and there in subsequent weeks, but the frequency decreased and the silverfish disappeared altogether. We paid for the quarterly service from Gunter.

He was on time, courteous and informative. I have used several pest control companies. I would use Gunter Pest Control again.

They completed the service as requested. However, after a year, we didn’t really see as much benefit as hoped from it, so we switched to another company.

They are always polite and informative. They schedule appointments within a reasonable amount of time. I have used pest control companies in different places and Gunter is one of the best I have found. Their office is located in my neighborhood, which I like. I am selling my home and the buyers inspection found termites in my detached garage. The other company's quote said I needed to treat the detached garage and around my whole house. I had Gunter come out and he said I only needed the garage treated. The quote was more than $450 less.

They were originally scheduled to come out Wed morning but when they didn't show up, I called and found out I was not on their schedule. They have a new scheduling system I guess and some fall through the cracks. But they rescheduled and showed up on time and thoroughly sprayed our house. They did a good job and the nasty crickets are all dead.

The woman who clean my house, they claim to have found a bed bug. I called Gunther to ask what I should do. They said they could not get anyone out here today and would not tell me what to do with the bugs today or if I should just leave the house. They were rude when they said this. Since they are exterminators, I would think they would also know what I should do in this situation!

Gunter did annual pest treatment. We have had quite the ant problem for a couple of years. The ants came back in force. I called to set up a followup treatment and they came right out. The technician, Steve, did a great job explaining what was going on, how he was going to treat it and what to expect afterwards. This is a great company. Every professional. I will continue to use them for pest management needs.

Everything went very well! Brian arrived early both times. He had to come back a second time because I have a detached garage and I had to clear the easement part behind it for him to work comfortably and do it right. He had an assistant the second time. They were working to beat the high temperatures coming for the day.Each time things were explained very thoroughly and he/they cleaned up after themselves. The first time he went above and beyond when he physically went under my front porch " to make sure he didn't miss a spot" instead of just drilling holes in the porch. I was amazed at this mans knowledge and dedication to his profession. I wish all businesses were this punctual, professional and thorough. He made sure all was right and that I was totally satisfied before he left.The office was just as professional. No voicemail, no waiting on the line and clear precise answers to all my questions. I'm not an easy customer to satisfy. I'm use to having to fight for service because all a lot of businesses want is your money and could care less about service and will cut corners if they can get away with it. Not that way at all with Gunter Pest and Lawn. It's when an organization is this pleasant and professional you don't mind referring them or paying the bill.

They are just very businesslike, professional and on time. I don’t know about the price, because I don’t know what other people charge.

We had been having a problem with ants (and some spiders) for several months and had tried every "home remedy" we could find but they just kept coming. Finally, in desparation, we called Gunter Pest Management. They set up an appointment within about a week. The service man arrived on time and was very personable. He took time to answer all my questions, and did a thorough job of treating the house, inside and out. The next day I saw only two ants, and I've seen none since then! I set up an annual schedule where they come back every three months to spray outside, and once a year they also spray indoors. They will also come back out for free any time during the year if we have bug problems between sprayings. We are very satisfied with this company and will continue to use their services. Their service is fine, I have never had any problems with them at all. They have been very good to work with. The results apparently are pretty good, last year I had problems with ants and they came out a couple of times for that and this year, I haven't had to have them back for it.

They are good, but we never see them. They just come and do it, but we don’t have any bugs. It makes us happy. We think they are fine. My husband has dealt with them once, but I have never had any actual dealings with them. It seems like what they use is fine. Their price is comparable.

They're fine and they do what they are expected to do. I would use them again in the future if needed.

This was the first time we used them. We paid for year's contract and they would be coming out quarterly. The guy that came out was very friendly and very quick. The fact that they will come out and spray three more times in a year for ants is good because not much companies do that and were charging to do one service. Their price was very reasonable. I don’t have a lot to compare it too but I was really pleased with their service.

They are coming tomorrow for annual inspection. They have a very fair bid and they are very thorough. I had several estimates and I thought they are the most thorough and prepared.

I would recommend them to others. Since I am in their program, if after they are done I see any spiders they will come back out and retrieve them for no additional cost. I have no pest issues ever since I started using them. When I have called them in the past they have come and fixed any problems I had which is good. I would use them again in the future.

I have been using them for ten years. They have taken care of our insect and bug problems.

His rates are comparable. They come over and spray quarterly. They send a bill once a year and they do a good job keeping the bugs away. They are absolutely wonderful.

They come and do their job. We are happy that they get rid of the critters. Their price is good too.

The renewal of the termite contract is around $100 and then regarding the spray stuff for the pest control it is around the same amount. We are happy with them. We will continue to use them in the future.
