We were selling our home and the buyer's VA loan required retreating for termites if the treatment that was previously done was longer than 5 years ago, even if there were no current active signs of termites (and there weren't). We were selling in February - a challenge because termite treatments cannot be installed in frozen ground. Gunter was great - they understood the challenge, checked the weather forecast, and scheduled our appointment. We were very fortunate to catch a very warm few days in February, the ground unfroze, and the treatment was completely installed! Our home closed and sold right on time. Thank you, Gunter! I highly recommend them!

It went ok. Nothing out of the ordinary that would separate this company from other exterminators; either positively or negatively.

They came and sprayed until the fleas were gone. The first time they sent someone that wasn't experienced and he only sprayed the baseboards, but the next two times they came, the person fanned the whole floor.

I find that this termite control system to be like a Ponzi system. I paid for the initial treatment. Now they bill me every year $250 more. I have told them to stop coming, I found them in my yard again, this year, "inspecting the treatment" then a bill comes for $250. I do not think that I have termites now, but there is no guarantee from Gunter that the treatment will work even with the $250 every year.

It went very well, we have several more visits as this is a multi visit program over a year.

The first time they came out, they were great and we decided to go with the year contract for regular service because the price was good. As soon as we signed the contract, though, service really went downhill. They were hard to get ahold of and the receptionist was often very rude. They would show up on the wrong day or the wrong time and then leave a note claiming they did the work, but they couldn't have since they can't get into our house or backyard if we're not home. If they did show up at the right time, they'd often leave before finishing the work without telling us they were going. We had them come spray for wasps and clean up wasps nests, which they told us they could do, but the girl who showed up was afraid of them and ran screaming to hide behind my husband and then refused to do the work. Another time we asked them to spray for spiders and the guy told us that we should just "live with them because they're fine or if we have a problem we can set off a bug bomb." If setting off a bug bomb was the solution, then why were we paying them? We've had more problems with pests since hiring them than we ever had before. I'm so glad our year contract is up and we will be finding someone else ASAP.

We have a service agreement. The price is ok. They're not expensive. We use them every 6 to 8 weeks. They treated our old house and basically transferred the contract. They take care of all that.

I called and left messages three times, but none called me back. I gave up and performed the service myself.

Awesome customer service and excellent about working around tricky schedules, but there was very minor improvement when it came to the spiders. I live in an area covered in massive old trees and it really attracts and sustains all sorts of bugs 😞. Overall it could just be a very difficult neighborhood to treat. I would hire them again.

In 2014 I bought and paid for 15 Sentricon stations (special price of $406).. I did not supervise the complete installation. In 2015 I walked with the inspector. and he located 13 stations. He installed two more. The inspection was perfunctory--a process of pulling the tube from the station, checking it and reinserting it. He did not check the foundation nor inside the garage or the basement. Cost: $265 plus tax. I did some reading on Sentricon and the problem with it was that the termite could go between stations an infect a foundation. In my case the Sentricon stations were installed from six inches to three feet from the foundation itself and the distance between the stations was about eight feet. The whole thing seemed pretty haphazard. When the reminder renewal notice came in 2016 (I was to call to set up an appt.), I ignored. In August 2016 one of the Gunter men came and demanded another $265 plus tax. I told him I hadn't renewed the service. He said I owed it anyway as he'd done the inspection. I said, "Did you do the backyard?" He said, "Yes." I asked how he could do it as I kept the gates padlocked. He waffled. He also did not believe that more of an inspection (inside the garage and/or basement as necessary). I told him that the fee was too high for what he did do. He came down to $220 plus tax and I still refused. He then threatened me that if I didn't pay that "Jay would come out and yank the stations." Late last week I came home to find a notice that "all" the stations had been yanked and the deep holes left for me to fill in. I immediately checked the backyard. The locks were still on the gates. This company treated our house in 2005 with the chemical barrier method and there were no problems at that time. This time there never was an explanation of ownership of stations either verbally or in papers given me by the company. It seems to be a gray area. The service men lied twice about the inspections and if the information I've read is true, they should have done a visual inspection of the garage and basement and foundation with every visit. Overall I smell, "RIPOFF!" and no thank you, Jay, I don't wish to participate.

Great, they were on time, very efficient, explained proceedure and answered all my questions. Bought the quarterly service for a year. Havent seen a bug or spider inside since. It went very well.

I bought the Diamond package and they did exactly what they said they would.

Well, they provide an annual contract that I have that they treat once a quarter and individual in betweens if needed, So, I've been satisfied with their services. I think I had one additional treatment besides their quarter treatments. Overall I give them a B since they had to come out again. They were polite, courteous and professional.They've been out here four times. I had them for the past year. The grade B is overall not just this past visit.

I bought the package off of Angie’s List and they were fine.
