We appreciate your taking the time to let us know that there was an issue with our service that you found to be less than satisfactory. Good or bad, every review we receive helps us to become a better plumbing company, which is our number one goal every single day; so again, thank you for your review. Having said that, we have conducted a thorough investigation of this case and, while we regret your overall experience, we must, in the interests of protecting our own reputation with thousands of satisfied customers, and every potential customer who may read your review, make a few remarks regarding this incident. The faucet in question, as you know, was provided by you. We simply installed it. We instructed you at the time of installation that this was a low-flow faucet, and this faucet seems to have worked fine for over a year, as we never received a single indication from you that there was a problem until we read this review. In addition, and we cannot stress this strongly enough, installing the parts of your faucet backwards is not even a remote possibility in this case. What is much more likely, and if you would be so kind as to cooperate with us we would prove it to you, is that the “plumber” you had out there was not qualified and simply told you something that was untrue. The master plumber who installed your faucet made contact with you and attempted to discover more information, and quite frankly, it was a somewhat disheartening that your final position, once you were made aware of the fact that the problem with your faucet was not because of anything we did, was simply that “Well, you can’t get all good reviews.” Why can’t we? Could it be because some people just need to blame someone, and they don’t really care about the truth of the matter? Well, perhaps you are correct about that, but we don’t get poor reviews very often, and when we do, we always, 100 % of the time, take full responsibility for our mistakes. Not only that, we will more often than not fix the problem even when it isn’t our mistake. We are simply that kind of organization, and so your flippant attitude toward our valuable reputation is something that we find distasteful. Further, you called us to your home on at least one other occasion after this installation and expressed your pleasure with our services at that time as well, with no mention of any issue regarding the faucet that was installed, again, by a highly-qualified and extremely conscientious master plumber. At long last, we do sincerely regret your experience with us, and we would love to have the opportunity to make some sort of amends regarding this situation. We desire that opportunity because our relationship with our customers is extremely important to us, not merely because of its economic impact, but because the very character of our organization demands that we treat everyone we come in contact with as if they were members of our very own family. Accordingly, though disagreements inevitably arise, we will always, without fail, do our utmost to ensure that every person, company, and organization we have dealings with is given every reason to trust us and to believe that we do have their best interests at heart.
