I am very happy with the work that Trey from Full Nelson performed. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and did a professional job.

A professional work and reasonably priced and gave good explanation of the repair work.

I had a company come out to do a water test and although I had already picked out a water system but hadn’t purchased it yet I thought I’d see what they had to offer. This company has a lot of good reviews and although i didn’t buy their water system I mentioned I’d be interested in having them install one I was planning on buying. I never received a call from them and I don’t care how many good reviews you have if you don’t call me after I request one I’m sure not calling you back. I thought I’d try another company that’s been around forever that starts with a r but after reading the reviews I reconsidered. Then I called another company with virtually the same name to do the work and was told I’d get a call back from a plumber but nope once again no call back. I then tried another company I used before and after almost a week before he comes out he looks at the job and I’m thinking he’s going to do the work that day but no he can’t do it till next week. I already had the water system by this time sitting in my basement about a week and thought I’d call Full Nelson Plumbing. The lady was courteous and said she’d call me between the hrs of 1130-1230 the following day which she did to let me know the plumber is on his way. The plumber James was polite put covers over his shoes which not all of them did looked at the job told me a approx cost which ended up being a little less than he quoted went to get the supplies came back and did the job in 2 hours. Let me save you some leg work by telling you I highly recommend this company which actually did the job the following day and sent out a actual plumber the first visit which most of them didn’t. These bigger companies have too much work to do or they don’t care.

Outstanding. They were at our house within an hour of our call, and the work was done and everything cleaned up in a couple of hours. The leak was coming from inside the wall behind the sink. They removed the garbage disposal and existing copper water lines, cut open the back of the cabinet, replaced about 2' of 2" ABS drain line with PVC, tying to existing kitchen line in the basement. Reinstalled disposal and under-sink P-traps, and copper water lines. All excellent work for a very reasonable price. They also provided an honest evaluation of another leak (in the shower) along with a temporary repair. We will be calling them back when it's time to do the full repair there.

Not too well. Told Full Nelson we were not happy with toilets. They refused to remove and refund the price.

Did not get the faucet replaced yet...

They did an excellent job!! They made sure I had bathroom facilities every night. The owner even came back after the original estimate and said he found a way to save money. And yes, my final bill was less than the estimate!! They even swept and mopped the basement floor and steps before they left! They will get all my plumbing business ( if I ever need any again) from now on. I highly recommend this company!

Got us taken care of very quickly for it being an emergency.

Extremely well. As often happens, there were some unforeseen problems with the soil pipe, and it turned out to be more work than expected, but they were able to get everything done for the originally quoted price, and were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I think they really went the extra mile to do good work and keep it affordable, which is important to me.

Full Nelson sent a man to repair it - he sat on the edge of the tub, ran the water, and said "in my 16 years as a plumber, I've never seen anything like it". He turned off the water, said he didn't know what to do to fix it, charged me for the service call and left. He didn't remove the faucet, he didn't look at ANYTHING. He simply ran some water, scratched his head, and left. He wasn't here for even 15 minutes. Worthless. I have since had another service (not on Angie's List) repair the problem. I will say, however, that Full Nelson was fairly quick to answer the phones and were friendly. They just absolutely did not do the job (or even attempt to do the job) they were hired and paid for.

The charge was to be about $130 or so for the first hour. When finished, the plumber told my daughter that it would be an extra $70 or so (I am rounding figures). She called me and told me the price (for me to okay it.). I talked with the plumber who said the same thing: price was $200. . I hung up. When my daughter went to pay, the price went to $260 or so. He did not open the sewer but said it needed to be cameraed as he suspected the line was broken. Since I did not trust them by then, I hired another plumber. He ran the line. The price was about $130. True, the line was collapsed but the price for the diagnosis was about half.

Great! They were very quick to get us taken care of and the guy who came out was really friendly and easy to work with. We felt like the prices were fair.

Trey completed the work on both projects. He had the drain unclogged in no time, and he also installed two new toilets the second time he came out. These were comfort height oval bowl toilets with a special flushing mechanism that should keep us from ever using a plunger again for a plugged commode. Trey also provided some good information for prolonging the life of our water heater. He was very personable, worked efficiently, put down coverings to protect the floor and kept the area clean. Would highly recommend their services.

Good, they found the problem right away so it could be resolved. They were very responsive and very polite.

Spencer was fantastic. He was very professional, arrived on time, looked over the problem and gave me a sound recommendation to fix the problem. He gave me a very reasonable bid for the work that needed to be performed, completed in a very timely and efficient manner. I would definitely hire this firm again and be extremely happy if Spencer were to come out to the work. Thank you Spencer, I'm thrilled with the results.

Not good, but to no fault of the plumber. It was a wasted trip and sunk cost because the work that needed to be done was way beyond the hour labor I expected it to take.

Trey was very courteous, knowledgable, experienced and friendly! He worked quickly and efficiently, compeleting all the work within an hour, (after my two previous attempts to DIY took hours and hours and wasted money). I talked to a manager, Rob, on the phone late Friday, when I realized my attempts to install a new toilet were woefully unsuccessful, in our 50 year old house. Though it was after hours on a Friday evening, Rob took all the time I needed to listen to my situation, answer questions, and tell me what he suggested would be the best resolution. He also told me, though they could send someone out on the weekend, (because we had company arriving on Sunday) that weekend rates are understandably much higher, and if we could wait until Monday, he could have someone at our house early in the day, which is what I decided to do. My entire experience with Full Nelson was very good! (When I am very wary of calling a plumber because of cost and nervous about having someone I don't know in our home.) They were very helpful, courteous, respectful, knowledgable, as well as, cost and time efficient.

More work needed to be done than we had thought but the service tech explained everything clearly. He was professional and friendly. He cleaned up before leaving and the new faucet works great. We definitely call again but I hope we don't need to for a while.

Very well. Communicated quickly. Arrived on time. Very professional. Team members who showed up listened to the issue/need, and then fixed it up quickly. Also provided a very reasonable estimate for additional work we were interested in having done. Would recommend! Work done was "mater shower gasket repair" - which required cutting into drywall and creating an access point from our garage area.

It was a while ago but it was good. I asked them to respond and call back about something they had recommended to be done. He was supposed to call back and he did not call back.

Tony was the service man , he showed up the same day i called. The service was finished in about an hour. He snaked the drain and replaced gasket. I was very pleased.

Rob handled my call and Tony did the work. Both of them were communicative, responsive and excellent to work with. All the kitchen plumbing that's hooked into the basement sink drain clogged on Christmas during our family gathering. The work was done on Saturday, 12/26. The weekend call cost about twice as much as it would've during normal business hours, and that was made clear to me before I hired them. I thought it was reasonable given the amount of time Tony spent on the problem. The finished job was done well and they treated us with integrity and professionalism. The work is warrantied for 30-days if there any further problems from the drain they worked on.
