The service went great. The technician did a good job and was punctual. The part for the shower head was expensive but that was not their fault. Their service fee was very reasonable. They came out the same day I called for the service. He showed up as scheduled. He explained everything very well and told me up front that the pricing would be high for the part. He was very thorough, nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to others and plan on using them again.

The service went fine. I have used the company one other time about 1 year ago. One plumber came out and completed the job in under an hour. He was punctual, courteous and informative. He was competent and responsive. The office is close to my home and it is always well maintained. I had no problem scheduling the service.

The tech fixed the sink and washing machine drain within a few minutes and then installed a new spicket outside for us. I received 2 different calls about when he would show up and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He was there on time and done within 2 hours. The cost was less than what we expected and the tech was knowledgeable and respectful. I definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing issues!

I called Shane because of our very slow garage drain. I had been told by another plumber that the pipe was broken but it didn't need to be fixed because drains were not placed in garages anymore. I didn't really buy that and after wading in melted snow this winter I needed this fixed. Shane was very prompt and kept me informed with his schedule, It was rainy and he had flooded basements to take care of. Mine was not an emergency I just wanted to be kept informed. This he did. My pipe did have a break and it was fixed. Rob did the work and explained everything to me.Gave me advice and didn't mind my questions. He was very neat and cleaned up after the work. I didn't have to do anything but write the check. Also when Shane first came out I discussed how our newer toilets were stopping up very frequently. He told me about the power flush toilets, gave me the web site to read about them. We had one installed in our master bath. We may later have another installed in our hall bath. Again he explained everything and didn't mind all my questions. So for it hasn't stopped up.

I posted a request for a plumber recommendation on my Facebook page last night. Four people replied, and two of them told me to call Full Nelson. I am so thrilled with the job that Full Nelson did. I had a clogged toilet that we couldn't fix with a plunger. I left a voicemail for Full Nelson on a Sunday night, and they called back promptly on Monday morning. Heather, the scheduler, told me that she could have someone out there the same day. I asked if they needed a two hour window, and she said that they didn't like to do that to people, and she scheduled an exact time. The plumber, Cody, arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional and friendly. He had our first problem fixed in a matter of minutes. Next I showed him a sink which had been draining slowly ever since we moved into our house in 2005. I once had another plumber look at it and he said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. Cody routed out the drain and had it working for the first time ever! He fixed another little problem for me in the basement and then said that he had fixed the sink in the basement. I didn't know what he meant. He said that the water pressure in the basement sink was slow and he had fixed that, too. I knew it was slow, but never even thought to ask a plumber. He was fixing things I hadn't even thought to ask about! The price was extremely fair. Recently I had a burst pipe and had a plumber come to replace a small section of pipe. He charged me over $200 for 15 minutes' of work. I wish I had called Full Nelson.

They were able to respond within one hour of the service call following a major winter storm and cold snap that was causing numerous local plumbing problems. They made a free follow-up service call after a visit from our water department to make the necessary adjustments. Very professional, easy to work with, prompt and good pricing.

The drain problem began Sunday morning of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I called for service and they agreed to send someone right away. We talked about pricing, obviously expensive due to it being Sunday. We discussed my specific challenges and situation and agreed that it could wait until a week day for one of their plumbers to come out. They advised me on how to live with the challenges in the interim and we scheduled an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. The plumber arrived, as promised, first thing this morning. The specific problem was assessed, it was explained to me, and he got to work. He was very mindful of our home and worked carefully and neatly. When the drain was clear, he continued to test the drain and run water to make sure there wasn't a secondary clog or a new one created by cleared debris. Throughout the whole process he was very patient with my questions and clear in his answers. Once he was satisfied the drain was clear, he cleaned up the area and removed his equipment, leaving the area in a better state than it had been when he arrived. All that was left for me to do was to sanitize the area where the water backed up. Full Nelson Plumbing is my go to provider for all things plumbing related.

Found a mystery leak; replaced a section of pipe; left the garage floor cleaner than when he arrived. Whole deal took only an hour. This is the third time we have used them. Excellent service each time. Almost makes me wish we had another...no it doesn't. But if we do we'll call them again.

He was very professional and cleaned up the area where he was working before leaving. We have other plumbing projects in the coming few years and we will definatly be calling them again to assist us.

Our sewage ejector pump had stopped working the day before, so Cory came out and inspected it, but found it to be working. He tested it repeatedly and wasn't able to find a cause. It was reassuring to talk to him, however, because he was able to evaluate the condition of our pump and give us a time frame on future replacement (another 7-10 years maybe). So the peace of mind alone was worth the cost of the visit.

The Full Nelson crew (Rob and Shawn) are always professional when they arrive at our house. They come in and get the work done, without overcharging or recommending work that does not need to be done. They offer advice when necessary, but are not pushy or trying to oversell. They are also willing to instruct costumers on how to fix small problems themselves, so that further work is not required. They clean up after themselves and are very friendly. We would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. These are truly honest business people and are very affordable.

Overall, the service provided was good. The only reason the company was not given an "A" grade was that the problem (low water pressure) was not corrected -- because of low city water pressure. It appears, therefore, that the diagnosis portion of the service provided was faulty. The city water pressure should have been checked before any corrective action was taken. That being said, the PRV (pressure regulating valve) was extremely hard to adjust and from outward appearance, did appear to be the problem. The actual work performed, actually replacing the valve was performed in a professional manner.

incredible. Courteous on the phone. Realized my urgency, and squeezed me in knowing it was going to be quick. Shawn was awesome. I was impressed by two things big things during the repair. 1- replaced cheap plastic bolts used by builder. 2- laid a rug down on our tile during the repair. And they brought a shop vac in to clean after. These guys are d*** good! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the urgency.

After getting conflicting information from two other companies regarding the best way to solve sewer line issues at my home I called Full Nelson plumbing for a third opinion hoping it would help me to decide the best course of action to rectify my problem. I contacted Full Nelson and spoke with someone in the office explaining my dilemma and received a call back within two hours letting me know that Sean would be coming out to talk with me and give me an estimate for the work that would need to be performed. Sean arrived quickly after that call and was very polite and professional. He advised me that his company did not perform either service that had been previously recommended to me and that his solution would cost me a great deal more than either of the solutions I was interested in. Upon giving me the bad news he educated me more fully on both pipe bursting and pipe lining, (which were the two options I was considering), including what the cost should be and what I should expect with each procedure. Additionally, he provided me with his personal mobile phone number and let me know that he would make himself available to me for questions or concerns that may arise based on other estimates or claims that any other company may make. Based on his extremely high level of integrity and honesty, I will definitely call him in the future with jobs that are within the scope of what his company does offer and I would certainly recommend him to anyone that asked if I knew a good plumber.

They were able to come very quickly. Cory was very professional, explained procedure to find and fix garage drain well. He had trouble finding a plug to fit the clean out, had to go to hardware store, did not charge for time while gone.
