The service provided was both timely and professional. The total cost was the same as the estimate, which was provided before the repair was started. The service tech, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable regarding the requirements of the project and communicated these requirements in an easy to understand manner. I have used Full Nelson Plumbing previously on four different occasions and have always found them to be fair, upfront and customer friendly.

Did a great job - I should have asked more about the price before scheduling

I made a call in the morning and had my sink fixed by 2pm that afternoon. Very quick, communicative and professional service. The repair technician went the extra mile to make sure the right job was done to my pedestal sink, and even supplied me with needed parts as part of the service to make the job look better, as you can see the stainless drains going to the wall. Very satisfied and will call on them again.

We had been living with low water pressure for too long. Our female household members complained of inadequate hair-rinsing shower power. Plant and tree watering took the entire with just a trickle of water coming from the hose. The issue was more complex than I thought it would be, so I'm glad I had Full Nelson come out. They had me fixed up in less than an hour. Plus, I got bonus advice on how to get a powerful toilet flush and some other plumbing maintenance tips. Money well-spent.

I contacted Full Nelson Plumbing to repair a leaking pipe. On June 1, the first plumber that showed up failed to repair the leak but charged me $141.27 for work that didn't need to be done. A few days later, I noticed the pipe was still leaking. I contacted Full Nelson Plumbing again. They sent a different plumber who actually fixed the leak and charged me and additional $275.00. I believe Full Nelson Plumbing owes me a refund of $141.27 because their plumber failed to do his job.

Showed up on the day and time they said they would be here. The tech Robb was very nice, professional , and knew what he was doing. Great job all the way.

They were on time, communicative, responsive and excellent to work with. Two servicemen showed up, since they were training a new employee that day. The work was completed promptly and done well.

Appointment received within 4 business days of initial call. Technician determined best option would be to replace kitchen faucet instead of repairing, as he didn't think it would last long (inside parts were worn out). Faucet had been previously purchased just in case, so technician installed. Technician was very professional and left no mess. Very happy with cost and results!

We have had a LOT of rain and I have a drainage problem so when my sump pump went out I needed someone here to replace it right away. Full Nelson came out quickly & replaced sump pump quickly. The only problem was it ran all the time. Initially I thought that was because it was raining so much but eventually I called to question why it was continuously running. They came out again - very quickly and replaced the first sump pump they had installed - no questions asked. They provided a one-year guarantee on this purchase so no additional charge. More rain, still continuously running. I didn't want as long this time but called again. Different technician came out, identified the problem and installed a third sump, still no additional charge. Also heard that technician from the first two times was no longer with company. Although this was a hassle, these folks wanted to make SURE I was happy & that I had no water in my basement. The staff on the phone were very responsive and the final technician explained everything thoroughly, reworking a hole in the pit, moving my sump pump to the other side of the pit, and providing some new pipe. I have had zero issues since then so, in the end, a good job.

We have a main line out to the sewer that has a few "bellies" in it, as well as the occasional tree root. Instead of paying the big bucks to get the whole thing replaced, we just have it cleaned out as needed, which is never more than once a year, and was actually about 5 years this time. We had the little backup occur that lets us know it's time to get the thing cleaned before we have a _real_ mess, so i called Full Nelson Plumbing after reading reviews on Angie's List. They came out early the next day and got to work. There was both a seasoned employee and a trainee. Both were very polite. They were very thorough and the seasoned employee clearly knew his stuff. They ran the line twice to make sure it was clean, once by each guy. The seasoned employee was a joy to watch, kind of like watching a master pianist play a sonata, only in this case he was cleaning out a drain. I'm serious, he had enough experience that he'd developed a great touch and it really was fun to watch. They cleaned up very well behind themselves and were polite and informative at all times. I'll definitely call again for my next plumbing need.

Shawn and Pierce arrived at the time I was expecting them. Shawn did a great job of explaining all of the steps he would go through to make the switch, and the potential issues that might arise. He and Pierce worked for about an hour and 15 minutes, and did a terrific job. The new plumbing under the sink looks terrific, everything works as it should and they were able to come in right at the estimate they provided at the beginning of the job.

We do not know how to give this company an adequate review. I cannot say that we have ever worked with a company that is so attentive to a prospective customer. We had a pipe break on the hot water side of our main bathroom sink at 9:00 p.m. on a Monday evening. The hot water line was broken behind the shut off value, so we had to cut off the water for the entire house. We immediately tried to find a company with 24 hour service. We called Full Nelson and got a call back within 10 minutes of leaving a message. Over the phone, he tried to work us through some alternatives to having to turn the whole house water off. They were not successful, and he said he would love to be able to come out and get us working, but he was a small company and was already booked late into the evening. He said he hated to say it, but he would have to suggest that we call one of the bigger companies that had multiple trucks working. We called 2 other well know large services in the KC area. We had no problem contacting their answering services. We were assured that someone would get right back to us. After repeated calls to their answering service, we never got anyone to respond to our call. At midnight, we surrendered that we would not have water until morning. By 7:00 a.m. Full Nelson called US, and ask if we ever got our problem repaired. Of course we told them "No" and they immediately sent a truck to get us up and running again. The professionalism was outstanding and we are still in shock at their customer service. They replace the water lines to both hot and cold water lines. We felt the cost was very reasonable. Thank you! We will definately be using this company again, and referring all our friends to them.

I was not satisfied with the company after that point. I called him to come out for a service and he explained that things have changed with his services. Their pricing was too high for me and I ended up going with another company. He did come out promptly when I called for the service.

The service went well.One plumber came out and completed the job in 2 different visits. They were very knowledgeable. I had no problem scheduling the plumbing for the job and it was handled right away.

The service went great and I have had no odor issues since the service. I believe Shawn and another technician named Richard came out for the service. They completed the job in a little over an hour. I expected the job to take that amount of time because they made sure I was informed ahead of time. The pricing was reasonable. They were very professional and great at explaining the problem. Shawn did a great job following up after the job to make sure I was pleased with the service. I had no problem scheduling the job.

The service went well. One technician came out and completed the job in a timely manner. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. He did a nice job and I have no complaints on their work. I had no problem scheduling the service and they came recommended by a company who did my counter tops.

Service was prompt and professional. I didn't originally plan to get a new garbage disposal but he recommended that I replace it after seeing the old one. I went to pick one up and he was ready to install it upon my return. I will use Full Nelson again!

Full Nelson Plumbing has been doing work occasionally for me for several years now, so when construction work in the basement revealed the leaking drain pipe, I did not hesitate to call them. They were able to get someone to my house in less than four hours. Jim Young was the plumber who came. He arrived right when he was supposed to, and went right to work.He was done within an hour, and I have seen no trace of additional leaks. His estimate of $150 was actually more than the final charge.
