Description of Work: Had water in basement near floor drain, usually had water whenever we had hard rains. Around the same time I was having water drainage issues from the kitchen. On a previous visit they advised that there was a trap in the basement that was severely rusted and would need to be removed. When they tore up the basement floor they found the floor drain pipe was rusted through as was shower drain pipe a few feet away, The ground was muddy also. Removed trap and two floor drains and drain lines to main. No problems since then.

Description of Work: They replaced shut off valve on water main and installed PRV. Also helped us figure out that the drain in our basement did not have a pee trap therefore. Offered solutions to fix the problem. Very helpful and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Just before Christmas the main drain was REALLY clogged. After trying DIY all weekend, I was exhausted and the clog was WORSE! I called several local plumbers. (I try to use local providers.) Most were booked for the whole day and had no one available. FULL NELSON PLUMBING came through with flying colors! The dispatcher not only worked with me to have someone come out that day, she also kept me informed of the status all along the way. I was concerned with price since it was close to Christmas and funds were low. She quoted me a VERY reasonable price. The tech, Cory, showed up at the appointed time, and he was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was the end of the day, and he was neat and clean which impressed me since I tried to snake it myself only to end up looking like I been given a thousand lashes by a wet, brown, greasy Wiggle Worm. I can't speak highly enough about their excellent service and quality of work performed.
