Farage Tree and Stump Removal

Description of Work: They removed a very large locust tree by our house and a dead ash in the back yard. It was going great but they let the locust fall on our chain link fence and damaged it. It has taken until now to get it fixed. The fence was an odd size but that is not a reason not to call or give us notice as to what the plan was. We had chicken wire for a long time for a gate we couldn't use. They did finally fix the gate this week. They are nice people and did clean up as we requested. I would have given them a higher rating if they would have had better communication with us on the gate. We had to call them. I am sure we would use them again if we needed a tree cut down.

Description of Work: Chris came out and looked over all the trees on our property, not just the one we needed trimmed; he gave us advise on the trees in the yard and which ones should be trimmed, removed, etc. He gave us multiple quotes for the various options we had and then left it up to us to choose what we wanted to do without any pressure. He made us a good deal because it was out of season. After he left the job, we realized that he forgot to trim one of the trees; when we called him, he apologized and was very happy to come out and trim that tree. We will definitely use him for all our tree needs in the future!
