Farage Tree and Stump Removal

Their employees damaged the siding on our garage and the company has made no effort to pay for the repairs. We have mailed them a request for the cost to repair with no response. The employees left many tree limbs and debris in the yard which we had to clean up. Very poor customer service.

Everything went quickly and professionally. They were able to come quickly both to give an estimate and then remove the tree. Cleanup was fine and the job was done in less than 30 minutes.

I called and asked for several trees to get "cleaned up" after I had a fallen branch. They came out and gave me a quote for $150 that said clean up fallen branch. I thought this meant do both clean up the trees and collect the fallen branch because of my phone conversation and the high price, but it just meant to literally deal with the fallen branch. When I called to ask if they were coming back they said no, that's what was on the quote, and I had to pay more for them to come back. When I wanted to talk to customer service about the miscommunication, they said it doesn't matter what was said on the phone because "that's what was on the quote" and essentially they would take me to court if I don't pay. There was no apologies but a lot of "in our defense" when I complained. I had hired them in the past so they did a good work quality (5 stars), but $150 to remove a branch (when I live up against a forest) and the customer service when I had an issue made me find a new place. I no longer recommend them.

I made an appointment with Michelle, who was super nice, and she sent a crew out. They did a very nice job of trimming the trees, and cleaning up the mess. The guys were very nice and professional to work with. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would use them again, and highly recommend.

Farage offered a very fair price if you can wait a few weeks. On the scheduled day their crew showed up on time, and removed the giant tree and most of the mess within a few hours. When I had question on extent of trimming the entire crew stopped work immediately until I was 100% up to speed on what they were doing. Friendly, fair, good service and with only minor yard damage. Would highly recommend them.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work. The trees looked great and they made several good suggestions for future work. We will definitely hire them again.

We called and they were able to remove tree that day. Pretty unheard of! Work was thorough, including clean up of all debris. Very professional crew. Will have them back this fall for tree trimming. Can recommend with no reservations.

After I signed the bid, they sent me a billing in the mail to pay 2-3 weeks after the work. The guy who came out said they a few jobs ahead of me. They came out very promptly. The crew of 4-5 guys, cut down all the limbs. Some had to be cut smaller. They cleaned up the work area very well after they finished. Even swept the driveway of wood chips. The trees looked good when they were done, very even.

They reschedule on me the day they were suppose to come out at 3pm. Then 1/2 the tree fell while waiting and I still was charged full price. It took then over 2 months to send me an invoice. They were unprofessional when they called me leaving a message saying "I'm not what work we did but you owe 250.00. We will be sending you an invoice for payment or you can call and pay by phone.

The crew came prepared with all necessary equipment and completed the majority of the work within about an hour. They were VERY tidy and cleaned up all debris from the front yard. They were careful not to damage anything and were truly focused on making sure we were happy. They did not arrive at the scheduled time and I would have appreciated a call. I was able to reach them right away, was told they would arrive within 30 minutes and they did. Overall good experience. i plan on using them again to trim trims in the backyard.

Farage Tree Service had all the proper equipment to do the job professionally. Boom truck, chipper shredder, skid loader, log claw truck and industrial stump grinder. The crew got right to work and knew exactly what each persons responsibility was and worked as a team. They were very careful not to damage the house or fence which were quite close to these two 50 foot trees. After the job was over they raked the yard and swept the street where the chipper shredder sat. The workers were professional and courteous. The cost was much more reasonable than other big tree service companies. They showed up when scheduled and were done in 2 1/2 hours. I highly recommend this tree service company.

Their price was so much lower than other quotes, I originally was concerned about what I might get. I was very impressed with this company. They came with all sorts of equipment for my small tree. They very quickly cut down the tree and removed it. They were very accommodating when we made 2 changes to the original task. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. We were very pleased.

Crew is friendly but they get their work completely done from taking care to move lawn furniture and then sweeping and blowing away debris from their jobs.

Since, I wanted the tree removed this week and their lead time was about 2 weeks out, I didn't use their services. Their price was more reasonable than the other quotes I received.

They did a fabulous job. They brought his crew in. They do the work like they tell you they are going to do and they are out of here. They are very reasonable. We got five quotes to take a large sycamore tree down in our backyard and they were the most reasonable. Anybody else went anywhere between $3000 to $4000 and his price was $1700.

Excellent service...professional...prompt...clean...super reasonable price. Easy to get ahold of for questions. Would use again and highly recommend!

Chris indicated that he would pick up branches in back yard that had fallen from tree. This was addressed to him before payment and he indicated he would come back out and pickup the branches but he never came out to pickup branches.

I have used Farage before also. I am very happy with them. They have given mulch for free. They are good providers. The price is a little bit in the high side but I am fine with it as their service makes up for it.

He did a terrific job! There are powerlines on each side of my home, and they had to work around these, but the crew worked together like clock work. They were efficient, timely, and knew exactly what they were doing.
