Great! The ceiling fan job was quite challenging because it was impossible to get a 12-ft. step ladder into the room due to hallway configuration. The serviceman was quite creative and persistent in accomplishing the job.

Jason came out to meet with our lighting designer and was very helpful to identify what we could do. Joe has been here working diligently to add all of the locations. We could not be happier with this company and the employees that we have encountered during the process. I also have rental property and they are quick, efficient and priced very well for all of the services they do. I would highly recommend them for any electrical service you need, big or small.

Clayco scheduled service when I needed it. The electrician was on-time and was very thorough in checking a circuit that had tripped repeatedly. He determined there were no safety issues. He also explained what it would take to add an outlet, which turned out to be a much bigger project than I wanted to undertake. I will call them the next time I have a project.

During the power outage of 6/26 the electric line to the house was pulled down by large tree limb. Needless to say KCP&L was overwhelmed. After the line was re hung by the out of town lineman, I was informed that there was enough damage to the meter area that the local company would have to see what needed to be done, that it was unsafe. Another day passed with no response from KCPL, I called Clayco and Adam called back within minutes. He came out after he finished his last project and was on his way home. He took time to check out what I needed. He also agreed that work needed to be done, how much it would cost, and that KCPL would need to agree to the plan. Anyway he had Tom come out Monday. Tom completed the work in about 2 hours. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. Finally my home was ready for KCPL to do their magic and there was power to my home

Excellent. I showed him new light fixtures which he installed. Took out old fixtures then installed new ballast and added fluorescent bulbs in fixtures.

the tech was on time removed and replaced breaker box in a few hours all was good . the power company took to long to turn power on so I could check all lights .the only problem I had was tech by mistake put 2 breakers in wrong spot on panel . I called they sent him back out too fix the problem that day. It did make me late for a place I had to be at . If power company was there after we called there would have not been a problem. It took power company 3 hrs to turn power on.Over all I would use them if I needed them .

ClayCo Electric did an excellent job of swapping out the VERY antiquated breaker box, as well as installing an outside riser for service that is now up to code. The work was completely in a timely fashion and they effectively communicated and coordinated w/ the tenant to for seamless service. Price was very reasonable and competitive. Erika, in accounts payable, was courteous and very helpful with payment arrangements. Highly recommend ClayCo Electric for their service, price and responsiveness.

ClayCo Electric responded to my immediate inquiry within 15 minutes of my voicemail on a weekend. I explained the situation and we agreed to schedule an appointment first thing Monday morning. They arrived on time and reviewed my full system and was able to diagnose that the issue was with the ground on the KCPL side. Then they contacted KCPL for someone to come out for me. Overall I was very satisified with the work and professionalism of ClayCo Electric. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.
