Jason was on time, professional, and took very little time to address all of my problems. He was so efficient that he asked if there was anything else that might need to be addressed given that they have a minimum service call charge for one hour.

Adam came and met with me to see the scope of work and mentioned he would email a bid, which I never received. I waited five days then called and left message for Adam in his voicemail, which he never returned my call. Therefore, we found another company who responded quickly and professionally.

The consultation (Adam) and installation (Joe / Ryan) process was very professional. I had purchased four of the light fixtures and Adam assisted in the selection of under-cabinet lighting options as well as art lighting during the consultation. Joe and Ryan were pleasant and mindful to protect furniture / countertops while working above. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Awesome! We wish there were a score better than "A" because it would be deserved here. We have used Clayco in the past for some minor, routine repairs. When you are in an emergency situation - with no power - you really learn the depth and care of a company. Adam and Brian took great care of us.... recommending the best course of action and responding promptly (even texting us in the evening). They went the extra mile so we could turn on the power as quickly as possible. We will recommend them to all and use them again in the future.... hopefully not for a new electrical box!

They arrived on time and when scheduled. They did the work as promised. They followed up with the city inspector and made all appropriate corrections until past by the city inspector. They worked around my schedule. They took care of the appropriate calls to City Hall and scheduled the inspections. I was very pleased with their work and thoroughness.

It took them two days because of the rain that they had to trench and it got muddy. On the price, that all has to do with the difference between the estimate of how far they were going to have to dig a trench and what happened in reality. I thought there should've been some. They had the trench at a shorter distance than what they originally estimated. I thought that they should've reduced the price a bit because of that shortened length, but they didn't. If we had a better understanding of what was involved in the bid process, yeah I think I would use them again. They were what I expected. They were done quickly given the circumstances. I'm a little bit concerned about how the bidding process and then the completion of the job, how those two things work together.Maybe that's the way that everybody does it, but I was a bit disappointed.

I called to set an appointment for between 2 and 4 pm on Wednesday Feb 15th. Which they accommodated. I was then called to let me know that they couldn't make that date and wanted to reschedule for Friday the 17th. I told them the time I had available was between 2 and 3 and he stated it would be closer to 3 and I said that was okay. I showed up at 2:50 pm and sat there until 3:25 pm when I called them. Apparently he had shown up earlier sat there and waited. He never called to let me know he was there and left. The office said he would call to reschedule but I got an email stating they would decline to come out saying they were too busy now. I felt like this company didn't want our business in the first place. Maybe they are busy I don't know but they could've stated that in the first place if they couldn't make it work. Also why was there no call when he was sitting outside the house? He called to change the appt but couldn't call to let me know he was there. I didn't have this problem with Mr. Electric of Clay Co. Maybe this company does good work. I wouldn't know but from my experience they don't seem very professional.

It's been in business for years. They're reliable, dependable and nice. They had scheduled two people to come out because the wall socket was under a king size bed. They thought it was going to take two people to move the bed to get to it. They wound up sending one guy instead of two and he said he could handle it. That cut in half the price they were going to charge me.

They actually will work late after 5 without charging you any premiums. They were helpful that they bought all of the products. They showed me some options and then I picked out the light and they went and got it so that was good.

Electrician had to move my king sized mattress and box springs away from the wall to get to problem socket, moved everything back in place and even helped me remake the bed. Way over and above what was necessary to fix the problem. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and cooperative.

The guys at clayco are excellent. I called and scheduled a time for them to come out and quote the job. I got a quote back the next day and was able to compare with the other quotes that I had received. We scheduled a time for the service upgrade. Clayco took care of getting KCPL to temporary disconnect power and pulled the permit. We had to reschedule once because of rain. The second time we scheduled was the following week when it was dry. They arrived at 7:30 and got started. They answered all of my questions that I had and explained what they were doing. They worked quickly and the entire process was done by 3:30 the same day. If I ever have any electrical issues or need electrical service I will be working with them again.

Time was of the essence, as we have sold our home, and needed repairs done swiftly in order to close. Response was fast and friendly; although we played "phone tag" a bit, Erica in the office, and the service tech made sure we all connected and got the call in the books within a day! Service was on time and efficient. Our tech was friendly and knowledgable, and the price was very reasonable. We are thankful, and will use Clay Co again for our future needs!

Came on time, detected problem quickly, made repairs promptly.

They were able to come out the same day I called. They fixed the switch in the kitchen and determined that there was no short or problem with the outlet. The problem was with the appliance. I will definitely call them again if I have an electrical problem.

Electrician was on time, worked efficiently, got the fan installed & working properly. Cleaned up after his work was polite. We felt the cost was reasonable. Overall, excellent work. Appreciated phone call, email & initial visit by Jason Keller before work was done as well.

They didn't come out and do anything for me. I went with another company instead. I did get a better price quote. The other company had better explanation as to why the cost would be that. The quote was fully detailed. They should be more competitive and be a little bit clearer and broader in their explanation as to what's involved and why it costs what it is.

Service was very good-come the next day after I called. He had used this company on severy pre view occasion & very satisfied each time everyone from office receptioned to server man very courteous-prompt-efficient.

Service man on time and worked diligently to complete list of items. Estimated 6-8 hours, took 9.5, but was necessary. Materials & labor included, all professionally completed. Very happy! May have them return to complete other items.
