 + -1 moreHeater went out on Christmas Day. Called about 7 places; Buckner's was the only one who responded. Work was done fast and good. The only problem I had was the price of the igniter being $142, the $120 for the service call on Christmas was more than fair but the igniter itself being a flat charge $142 for one small part; seemed high.

 + -1 moreI didn't have any recommendation when I chose them. I just got lucky! The manager, Steve Blow, came out and looked the job over to what needed to be done. They are very qualified. They are reasonably priced.

They were unable to schedule me until the afternoon of the next day. I was able to find another business who could provide same day service so I cancelled my appointment with Buckner's.

 + -1 moreTHEY DIDN'T KEEP IN TOUCH THROUGH BAD WEATHER, TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT GOOD WEATHER TO DO THE JOB THEY DID IT IN SHORT ORDER. THE JOB WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION.

 + -1 moreTHE GENTLEMEN THAT CAME OUT WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY WERE ACTUALLY A FEW MINUTES EARLY. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY HUSBANDS QUESTIONS. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE TO DO SOME ADDITIONAL STUFF, WHICH WE COULD NOT AFFORD AT THE TIME.
Description of Work: HEATER NOT WORKING AND WATER LEAKING. THEY FOUND SOME OF THE WIRES WERE WIRED INCORRECTLY. THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST WERE CLOGGED WITH A BIRDS NEST, THEY CLEANED IT.
