Description of Work: We had four windows installed for our attic. All were different sizes, needed color matched windows and screens. Everything was done exactly as planned out, the jobs were finished and cleaned up and they were attentive to making sure we were satisfied. . Everyone we dealt with from the schedulers to people who installed/finished the job were very professional and pleasant to work with. You can get cheaper windows, cheaper installers but these guys were great in getting the job done with no headaches, no messed up orders and everyone did their job well. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Bordner fixed several things on my house I was selling after the inspector noted them on the inspection report. They put in more venting and put flashing in a spot where it was missing. The worker was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I was on a tight schedule due to closing timelines and Bordner replied very quickly and squeezed me into the schedule at the last minute.

Description of Work: New roofs (2). We used first used Bordner about 19 years ago for a new wood shake roof, which is still doing fine. We next used Bordner for a deceased relative's house at 108th east of Holmes. This was 2 years ago at which time the salesman and service were excellent. The roof was very good as well.

Description of Work: The only complaint was they replaced the roof on Friday, and they cut holes for soffit vents, but did not install the vent covers until sometime on Monday. Fortunately no critters crawled through the holes over the weekend.
