They repaired and replaced some shingles on the front of the house in the fall. When another leak developed this summer, they repaired and replaced some shingles and replaced some vents on the back side of the house. They returned once to answer my questions after the job was done and before payment was made.

The salesman, Kevin Anderson, was very helpful in developing a new front facade. He was very intent on determining our desires rather than just selling us a product. The window crew, Butch and Brian, did a great job, particularly with installing the new inside trim. The siding crew also did a great job. Travis, the siding project manager, visited frequently during the work. He even ensured that there was plywood placed under the dumpster when it was set on the driveway to prevent scraping. This is the second time we have used Bordner for a big project and are pleased with the results.

They replaced the roof on my mother's home a few years ago. Although the materials that were left on her driveway caused some damage the work on the rood was excellent.

I signed the contract and paid my deposit August 28. The original estimate of a 3 week wait was amended to 2 months (but only after I contacted the company to find out what was going on). After more delays and non-communication, my project was completed December 13. There is no doubt that the crew did great work. I think I got a fair price. However, the communication throughout was very lacking. I never heard from them unless a sent an email or called and then it might be 2-3 days before I heard back. I had a chat after all was done and was told my roof was a difficult one. I would have appreciated knowing that early on instead of calling them to gather information before writing this review. Again: good price, great work but the communication was terrible.

not the cheapest, but excellent work and clean up was good. For this type of disruption, the project was handled just as they said it would be.

Bordner did great job replacing my roof, and gutter screens. We had hail damage and filed a claim with insurance. Bordner made sure to go over all the cost with my insurance company, and they came to a compromised settlement.

After several months Owens Corning offered me a settlement of a voucher for some of their current shingles as a replacement. Troy recognized that this settlement offer was for a lessor quality shingle than was installed in 1999. I contacted Owens Corning to request reconsideration of their offer. After getting a lot of run around from them, they rejected my request. Troy then offered to contact them on my behalf. He did so and Owens Corning revised their settlement offer to a better quality shingle. I am grateful for his effort. Several months later the new roof was scheduled to be installed. It took about 5 entire days. The workers were careful not to block more of our driveway than they absolutely needed. Every evening when they were finished working for the day, the workers picked up the debris from the yard and driveway. When they were completely finished they did a very thorough job picking up the loose nails from the roof, gutter and lawn. I have found few loose nails since then. And most importantly, the roof looks good.

Went very smoothly. They were amazing!! Had the new roof and sky lights done in a day. The roof looks anazing. They were professional, the clean up was amazing. The sales rep. Kevin Anderson was wonderful. Only negative thing I can say is they left our fence gate open, and we had used cigarette butts all over the yard.

Larry gave us a detailed estimate in a timely manner. Clint and Juan did an awesome job of removing the rotten boards and replacing them, installing new skylights and placing new shingles. They matched the shingles so well you can't notice the difference. They were on time, friendly, and completely cleaned up the work site each day. Very pleased and will use them again.

Called Bordner Stucco for a bid on stucco installation. Was told the lady that handles bids was out of the office and they would have her call me the next day. Never heard from them again. I could give them a pass but I had the same experience with their Stone department about 6 months ago. I know everybody is busy, but at least call me back to tell me you don't have time...don't just blow me off.

The sales rep we were dealing with completely ghosted us, and stopped returning calls or emails when we thought we were almost to the point of getting the job scheduled. I suppose he decided to spend his time chasing far more profitable jobs in south OP. Disappointing experience from a company with a reputation like Bordner. We gave up and went with another company to get the job done. Sad we had to waste three months on trying to do the job with Bordner.

Took a day off for my scheduled estimate. Nobody showed up. No call. Nothing. I called them a few days later and they apologized, and said they would call back shortly to reschedule. That was 2 weeks ago...... Still havent heard from them.

The work was scheduled and performed in a short time period. The workers were professional with a eye toward detail. The entire area was inspected multiple times to ensure all roofing debris was cleaned up.

We have used this company before and they preformed as expected. However, this time we left a voice mail on their automated phone system and they never responded.

They were very good but they are extremely expensive. They did a great job but it kind of has a monopoly on that because I couldn’t find anybody else. It was painful.

Terrible! Sarah is our project manager person. She NEVER answers her phone. The materials were placed in the wrong area of the driveway, blocking access to the driveway/garage. The crew did not show up as scheduled. Have had to call daily to try to get the crew there. They show up about every other day for a few hours. They were supposed to start 11/14/2016 and have yet to complete the work. As part of the contract, they were supposed to place new roof decking. They did not because it was not damaged as originally thought. Were finally able to contact the "supervisor" for the job because of the lack of progress. Pointed out that the new roof decking was not used and he conceded that the job cost should be and would be adjusted. Received an invoice (not adjusted) for the work with a threat of billing an additional 1.5% fee if not paid upon receipt. The job is not even complete! We are now 1 month into a job that was to take 1 week. We chose Bordner because of their reputation and have been very disappointed!

Nester the supervisor was great. It did not take long for them to complete the repairs. They always made sure to leave the work site as clean as how they found it.

Horrible. After being told I'd have info on the quote within about three days, I finally called after 12 days to inquire about the estimate. Was told that the guy that came to the house hadn't submitted any paperwork for the quote. Thanks Bordner, for wasting 90 minutes of my time. Their rep also told me that they probably wouldn't be able to replace my 9 ft sliding door. But, he didn't get back to me in that either. Glad I found another company to give my business to, to replace my 17 windows.

They did a great job on the stucco and the painting later. One of the guys slipped and dumped some paint on the roof. He called and told me about it and they had someone come out a few days later and fixed it up like it hadn't happened.

Insurance replacement, roof and gutters. Sloppy craftsmanship, shingle alignment very poor. Gutters leak at every corner, poorly installed. Not recommended!

They came out to give me a quote and were able to pinpoint the leak that another company couldn't find. They took pictures of the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote that covered only the work needing done. The other company I had bid the job wanted to replace an entire section of my roof. It took them about two weeks to make it out to complete the repair, but that was quicker than the three weeks which had been quoted. Overall, I was satisfied with the work. The repair has not leaked in any rain storms since it was fixed.
