Their review of the situation, estimate and actual cost were all done very professionally. They were careful to make the necessary changes in ventilation to convert from a wood roof to a composition roof. Although their estimate was a little higher than others we contacted, their obvious competence convinced us it was worth the extra money to use this contractor. The final job looked very, very good; their protection of house and shrubbery during work was exemplary; their cleanup was pretty thorough, too. Overall we wwere very satisfied

The entire process went smoothly. They came out, gave us an estimate and a date in which they could do the work. They arrived early on the date scheduled and were done before we got home that night. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. We have had no issues with the work they did.

The salesman Jason Moody was professional and staightforward. The reason I keep going back to Bordner is that I feel I can trust what they are telling me, and this was no exception. The roofing crew were polite and worked very hard for pretty-much the whole day and did a very nice job. The foreman of the job Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He worked on figuring out how they would handle the siding/trim work that would take place once the roofing was finished while showing and explaining the situation to me every step of the way. The "handyman" Troy who did the siding/trim work and installed the new soffit vents was also a pleasure to work with. I had gotten the siding/trim delivered ahead of time so that I could get them all painted up before they were put on the house. When Troy got the trim pieces up he noticed that the color didn't match the rest of the trim. I had accidentally used the wrong paint. Troy offered to repaint them if I could find the correct paint, which I did. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. The bottom line is that I, along with my whole neighborhood, was approached by another company that was offering a very good price. Bordner worked with me to get their price closer to what the other company was offering and while they couldn't match it, everything I've written above is why I chose to go with Bordner anyway. Bordner had already proven to me that they have good service and stand behind their work and so far this has been no exception.

The fellow that came out to the house was extremely professional. I believe his name was Adam. He was a first class representative of his company. He inspected the area, told us what he was going to do, and excuted it. He did not leave a mess. In fact, it was so clean, it looks like they did not show up. They did so well, I hired them to complete an additional job in the near future.

The sales consultant, Jason, was very knowledgeable and helpful in our roofing decision. We plan to stay in our house indefinitely, so we wanted the best quality, warranty, and energy efficiency that we could afford. From start to finish, Bordner Roofing has been great. Our roof is large with many valleys. They were able to finish the job in 2 days, even with an unexpected hailstorm near the end of day one. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The roof is beautiful. I would definitively use them again.

I thought it was pricey compared to other companies. I heard that they were a good company but I thought they were overpriced. They were friendly and the price was the only negative thing about them.

They were not the cheapest by any means, but they did an excellent job. They were actually the highest bid we got, but we used them based on their reputation on Angie's List and they did a very good job. They were very, very professional, and one of the owners came out daily to check on the progress.

I have used them 2-3 before. I have been very pleased with. However, the second time I used them, they lost my request. So, I had to call them again. Later, they came out promptly and did the work well. They goofed up, but they responded appropriately once they were aware of it. Now, things are fine. I was pleased with their work that I decided to call them again. Their prices are fair. I?ll use them again in the future.

Very professional. The estimator took extensive photos of the areas needing attention and also pointed out the chimney need tuckpointing (which Bordner does not do). After the tuckpointing was completed, I called Bordner and two days later they were out and completed the job that day. Also had a folow up call from them, making sure I was satisfied before final billing.

The experience was very positive. The man who came out was very nice. He was right on with the cost.

Ross Dessert gave a quote. He was very punctual, answered all our questions and even revised the quotes when we had to change things based on what our HOA indicated it to be. Unfortunately we did not go with him. Nothing against them. They came up pretty close to the end, and selected someone else. Will give them a call again if we need to get anything done.

Estimator was courteous and professional. Provided extensive materials and returned several times as we made the decision on the roof type. The job was commenced when promised and finished several days ahead of schedule. Foreman and crew were professional and hard working. Site was cleaned up every work day. We were very impressed.

They were prompt, professional and responsive. They also cleaned up after themselves. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

I think we had a very good experience with them. They were able to come out right away and came when they said they would. He gave me an estimate and they started the job within two or three days of us accepting the estimate. It all went very well.

They are family owned and in my opinion the very best in the city. They have customer focused people that know what they are doing and take care of customer promptly. I feel that their prices are on the higher side, but the work they do is well worth it.

We contacted this company because they had received a high rating from other Angie's List members. Since we live out of town, all of our contact was by phone and email. The company's representative, Tom Johnson, was very conscientious and kept us informed about every part of their work in replacing the roof on our home. He called and emailed frequently, and sent before and after pictures by email. We were very impressed with the company's work, attitude, and professionalism. We give this company a very high rating and definitely recommend them.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the work performed. More importantly, Jason Moody and Bordner Roofing are honest and trustworthy, which is a difficult quality to find in the roofing industry. I had other roofers tell me that my roof was cracked and the I would be experiencing water damage in the very near future if I did not replace my entire roof. Jason, on the other had, assured me that I just needed to do minor repairs/maintenance, and that my roof had another 5 years of life. Wow - now that's refreshing!

They are top quality, do excellent work, and have excellent customer service. I am just very happy with the overall quality of their work. I felt the price was high, but it was comparable to others.

They came with good recommendations with other people. They gave me an estimate. They told exactly what they were going to do and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Everything that they did was very thorough and they cleaned up well. I was real happy with how quickly they completed the work. They also responded well. They were very professional and extremely trust worthy.

Bordner Installation Group were very prompt and they cleaned up beautifully. They didn't damage my lawn or plants and they were very professional. They were very pleasant to work with and I would use them again in the future.

It was a bad experience. They said that they fixed the leak in the roof, but had not even touched it. When it rained we got a leak in the exact same spot that it was in before. When they came back out to fix it again they took twice as long to do the work. They ended up covering the leak, but I don't think that was very good. They made good on the problem, but it was a mess for us. We had used them before for small things and they were pretty good. The second time he was thorough and fixed it. The first time they came out they didn't even tell us they were here, we just heard them on the roof. The second time they came out they let us know they were here. I wouldn't recommend them. They were fairly high priced. The first time was horrible, the second time was good.

In comparison to other estimates that I got, their cost was high. I had some problems with them. They said they would clean up everyday, but they didn't and there were exposed nails all around. Some of the roof fascia was not put in properly. They had to fix a few leaks because of wrinkled roofing on a flat roof. I had to have them back several times to take care of things. They were punctual and courteous. They resolved everything for us.
