They came out the same day I called, on a Saturday! They patched 4 holes, trapped for a week and took care of my raccoon nightmare!

They are very inflexible and not forthcoming on payment mode before starting the work. Also not clear if the problem is solved.

They were at my house within an hour of calling them - and this was on the Saturday after Thanksgiving when no one else was answering the phone. The service was friendly too!

We had more than 15 voles living under our backyard cement patio. In addition, the voles created approximately 10 -12 tunnels under the grass. I paid for one month of service with an option for a second month. Nathan and Joe setup approximately 15 - 18 traps with bait; then, strategically located each at the start of each "run." Joe conscientiously showed-up twice-a-week to check for "captures, sprung or missing traps." During the month, Joe noticed evidence of 10 - 12 "captures." After a month of service, I opted to plug each hole with Sakrete; then, Joe covered each plugged hole with top soil. It's been more than a week since I terminated the service. So far..., no evidence of vole-holes or tunnels. I highly recommend "All Rodents Be Gone." The company offers a very cost-effective solution. Thank you, PA

Nathan gives a full evaluation at the time of the bid. He describes what needs to be done and how. Gives option whether to trap or not based on what is found.

We called him to remove a squirrel in our attic so we needed someone to come out. He asked for $385 upfront. They caught 1 squirrel in our attic and several squirrels in our yard. He charged us for squirrels he caught in the yard. To get to the squirrel in the attic they tour off a piece of a soffit which they replaced with a shawty piece of tar paper instead of wood. We asked him to come back and repair it but he said he would charge more money.

Very professional and quick. More affordable than other places for very basic and straight forward work. Knowledgeable about the animals and their trapping. Suggestion Only: I think it would be helpful if they knew reliable general contractors to assist with some basic construction work that was needed to remove a nest from my ceiling. I was told there is a nest of babies that need to be removed within 24 hours from removing the momma squirrel. I didn't know any reliable contractors and didn't have time to find one so i just had to let the babies die while waiting until after Easter for someone to make a cut in the ceiling and patch it up. I think they and their clients would really benefit from having reliable resources handy for the best outcome.

This company was hired to remove rodents from the attic. The day he showed up my mother who is 82 yrs old said if she had no;t of known that he would be coming, she would not of answered door because he did not look professional at all. He made rude comment in regards to all the stuff they had in their basement, which was not even his business, that is not what he was hired for. I had to call him numerous times and ask questions. He mentioned lack of communication , I told him my parents were in their 80s and my Father has dementia. He quoted me a price, when I asked him questions about this or tha , he stated all was included in quote. Had to call him several times in regards to hearing a sound like something was caught and flip flopping around in cage,. He did not complete all services he quoted for. Then he stated that the traps are checked bi monthly, I then said so if something is caught it will lay there dead for all that time. He just repeated himself that traps are checked bi monthly. He set traps in tree and caught a squirrel and left it there and it froze to death. Then proceeded to take it to door and show my mother, also sent me picture of it at 3am in morning. When I informed him that squirrel was in cage he then sent me text stating that moving forward I would need to find someone else. And did nothing but argue with me. When I asked for somewhat of refund because he did not complete the service. He was not professional at all. Argued with me in regards to price he quoted for services, when I asked questions about it. And said I was questioning his integrity when I asked questions, if I could add all the messges where he did nothing but argue, I would. He also asked for the whole payment up front, in beginning before work was even done.
