I had an animal removal request. This company responded quickly and were able to help me really fast. I am truly appreciative of the quick service.

We were contacted very soon after filing a request for services. They were out the next day addressing the problem. Super to work with and went above and beyond to take care of the problem and offered a one year warranty for their work and services.

We had a dead dear in about 20 feet from shore in a retention basin. It was a very dirty job but these guys did it well and removed it fairly quickly. They were very professional, polite, and responsive.

Joe did a wonderful job. He was prompt and very professional. He removed a dead racoon from the crawl space.

The only compilate I have is on communication. The first two day they sent a text or notified me. After that I did not know unless I checked my cameras and seen they had been there.

Joe was prompt, professional, and kind. He helped us remove our pet pig She had just passed away, and she was quite heavy. Joe had never removed such a large animal before, but he nonetheless lifted her remains and helped us get her loaded into our trunk. He also expressed his sincere condolences. We really appreciated him.

Quoted me a price on the phone, came out 30 minutes later and removed 4 raccoons. Great job! Highly recommend .

The inspection went fine, he was quick to get to my house, but not 1 but 2 things were broken by the inspector. He replaced my attic door opening when he broke it with his ladder ( it was an old piece, I had just moved in)but the material he replaced with was super flimsy and did not fit the opening. I had to cover the opening with plastic. I called to voice my concerns and get the piece fixed and I was told to call a general contractor. He was the one who broke the piece, even if it was an old piece. Good customer service would be to have finish the job with a piece that fit and not leave me to figure it out.

On time

I hired this company to find and remove a snake. They showed up in an hour; that was the only good thing they were good at. While waiting for him, I found one garter snake. So all they did was pick up the snake and put it in a bag, and it was gone in 10 minutes. If I had not asked a few questions, he would have been gone in 5 minutes. He did quote finding the snake and removing it for $300, but since I found it, I felt he should have cut the price in half or offered some kind of discount. He identified the snake as a Missouri Rat Snake, which I found out is all black. This snake had 2-3 yellow strips down the length of the body, which the Missouri Conservation website says is a Garter snake. He also cashed our check electronically before he left our house (very rude).

I called them late on a Friday afternoon because there was a bird in my dryer vent. Nathan set up an appointment with me to come out the next morning at 10am...the time he agreed to come. Nathan and his partner got the next out of my dryer vent and helped to get the nasty bird out of my house...yuck! Anyway, I would highly recommend this business.

Nothing like waking up on a Sunday morning with a dead possum laying in your yard. Within an hour someone had taken it away! Thank you for the speedy friendly service on a weekend. Price quoted was same as charged and comparable to other bids. Much appreciated and while I hope I donâ t need them again, if the situation arises, Iâ ll definitely be calling them!

Showed up on time. Very nice. Told how much it cost which I agreed. Then a 10% tax was added. Never heard of a tax added to a service job. For that reason I won't be utilizing Angie services again.

They showed up very LATE on a Saturday night, less than an hour after I contacted them. They went to work right away on getting rid of a raccoon that had gotten into my house. They kept coming back, sometimes twice a day, until they were certain he was gone. I recommend them to everyone in KCMO!!!
