Description of Work: Moving a one bedroom house. No appliances or large items. For a 1 mile move, in same area as this company, I was charged $406.00. The move took one and half hours. They added additional chargers that were uncalled for. They ask for money upfront, which think is poor business.

+ -1 moreWe've used this company on our last 2 moves. Their movers work hard and are very delicate with all items. We called to see if there were any possibilities for a discount on repeat business and the salesperson took offense and hung up on my wife. We still want to use them because the movers are top notch but I won't because of their customer service.

+ -1 moreThings went really well for me. I had everything ready for them and they did a great job of carefully taking my items, keeping them secure and harm free and put them where I wanted in the new house.
Description of Work: I had a 2 bedroom/2bath apartment move from KC, MO to KC, MO. I boxed everything and the movers took care of the rest. The whole process for the move probably took around 4 hours total to load and drop off. They put everything where I wanted and worked hard the whole time.

+ -1 moreThis must be the most un-professional moving company in Kansas City. An item "disappeared" during our move, a police report was filed: the worst thing that can happen to you in a move. The owner of the company promised me to reimburse us for the item, but all of a sudden the communication stopped. Nothing ever happened! I would not recommend this company to anybody
Description of Work: The moved our house holds goods within the city. Only 10 blocks or so, but the journey they took us on was much longer...

Description of Work: I contacted the company to schedule a three-man crew for downloading a 28 foot moving trailer. The crew showed up about 90 minutes late due to a bad map they used to reach my home in a fairly rural area. Thus the B for punctuality. Once the crew showed up, they were awesome. They were professional and took great care of ours stuff. They used pads and mover "secret tricks" (some of which I learned) to prevent denting our walls and door jambs. They finished the job about an hour faster than the estimate stated. The B for price is because there are other movers who will do the job for less, but I trust the folks at All My Sons. I would definitely use them again.
