Description of Work: Had the heating system checked for winter. We just moved here, and the technician explained how the heating system worked with the heat pump, and gave me some tips on how to save money on our electric bill. He was very helpful!

Description of Work: They preformed a leak check on my a/c Unit that I knew was empty. They located the leak and it was in an unrepairable location. Part of the fee was a diagnostic charge on top of the leak find. It took less than 30 minutes to tell me that my unit was trashed. It seems like $600 an hour is kind of expensive. They offered a quote for the replacement unit, which turned into the most expensive quote out of the 4 that i received.

Description of Work: Rouse gave us a written proposal to install a new central AC & Heating unit with a new duct system in our older home. They were professional, courteous and installed this system within one week. The system is wonderful and their price and warranties are competitive. Rouse will also be able to provide services if we need them in the future. My husband and I are very happy with Rouse Heating and AC. I highly recommend this company.
