They were able to complete an excellent installation more than 1/2 day early. Disposed of old furnace and cleaned up after job completion. Very happy with experience.

On a Saturday morning in January wouldn't you know it! The furnace quit working, called and within 30 minutes a repair man was here. He had the furnace working again in 20 minutes.

It went well. I called in off hours.. They arrived promptly diagnosed the problem and returned the next day to complete service.

Extremely pleased with all aspects of this repair. They were fast to set an appointment time and showed up 5 minutes early. The technician was knowledgeable, informative and quick to diagnose and repair the problem. I thought that the blower motor had failed but he determined the problem to be a faulty sensor and repaired it for a much cheaper repair. As a bonus, no overtime rates for a Saturday service call. It doesn't get any better than this! I put their number on my furnace so I know who to call next time! Rod

They were nice when they came out, but never heard back with an actual estimate. They gave me a general estimate on the phone prior to view the job and giving a specific estimate. I believe the job was too small for them. They do mostly large business service.

It went very well, I made my initial call & my call was returned immediately. We made the appointment, they called me before they came out. Showed up a little ahead of appt time. Were very informative and helpful! Did the work and were out of there. Very good experience, will definitely call them again if needed!!

He fixed the hole for free. He new there was no hole when he started. He added the freon and left.

They serviced and cleaned my outside heater system. He was very professional and well mannered. He had to walk and stand in water since it had been raining really hard. I purchased a yearly service contract at that price. They will be back in the spring to service my air conditioner. The complaints I have are that they promised to call when on their way here-they didn't. I had to call them. Plus my service appointment was set up at 0830 and they did not get here till almost 1000.

Rouse was perfect Excellent warranty, professional workers, and they were pickier about quality than I am. They returned to replace panels on the outside unit because of very minor damage. They did ding a chair, but were quick to acknowledge the damage and arrange for the repair. Warranty: 1 year full, 10 year parts, lifetime compressor. Labor at a reasonable service fee after the first year. I'm just thrilled. .

Unit had been serviced by another company twice last year, but was performing unsatisfactory. Tech found the earlier company had installed the wrong size jets which caused the heat exchanger to clog. Had to order the parts, but the while thing was done in a week. Tech was courteous and on time.

Called their office at 2:00PM and they promised someone would be out in an hour. Tech called about 1/2 hour later and reported he was on the way. He arrived on time and started to work immediately. He found the problem quickly and made some adjustments which corrected the problem. He was courteous and respectful.

The appointment went great. As a single woman I was concerned about being "taken advantage of" as I have no knowledge regarding Air conditioning units. David, my technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me of the part needed to fix my unit. He had me review and approve the cost of part and labor prior to making any repairs. Once I gave the "go ahead", David had my air conditioner working quickly. Afterwards he stayed and answered my questions regarding possible updates to my H/A unit in the future. He was knowlegeable, efficient, and very friendly. I will definetely use Rouse for any future H/A needs I may have as they were so easy to work with, and cost was less than what I was anticipating.

The main office called to report our technician was running early and asked if he could report ahead of schedule. Rouse maintains very flexible hours which is very accommodating for working families. When he arrived he reviewed our work order and went to work. He started with the air conditioning unit. He removed the housing, checked gas levels, fittings, wiring, and cleaned the unit inside and out. He then went to the furnace and repeated the same inspection process. He was going to change the filters in the return vents as part of the service. We then asked him to examine our gas fireplace. It had not been working for several months. He once again exposed all working parts and began his assessment. At some point he discovered a bad connection and discovered our thermostate had a bad connection. He re-soddered the connection and the unit worked great. He did not charge any extra for the work on the fireplace.

They are prompt and they always call when they are coming out. If there is a problem, they will always call and let me know their schedule.

They did what they said they were going to do for the price they said they would charge.

They did a very good job. They came out very promptly. They gave an accurate estimate of what they did and what they said. They were tidy. For whatever they did and I paid, I feel great for what they charged.

They were very professional and communicative. They didn't leave a mess and they did the job efficiently. We were happy with their service.

The work was performed professionally as promised.

Sunday morning I notice AC not cooling house. I called Rouse and left a message and they returned my call within 1 hour. Originally said they could not get to it until Tuesday but said if they had a cancellation they would call me. They called back within 1 hour and said they could get to it today after all. About and hour later, repairman was here and replaced a capacitor in unit, cleaned and serviced unit, and checked inside unit also. Temps here have been 95 degrees plus every day this month with several days 100 plus. Rouse's responsiveness on a very hot day is a welcome relief to what could have been a bad situation. Thank you very much.

I called the company and told them the number of the motor, and the kind of motor needed. They insisted on making a call to verify and charged $69.00. This was 1/31/11. The motor was to be "overnighted" and installed next day. It was installed on 2/8/11. The company never called us or apologized for being 8 days late.

They had to do something with a condenser as the unit was just blowing cool air. They had charged us extra to come out on a Sunday. We are very happy with them. We have been using them for a few years off and on as required. They are excellent. They explain exactly what is wrong, why it had happened, and what they have to do. They brought the part in a truck and showed it to me. I was able to watch them do the work. They took the old part out and showed it to me. They left it with me and showed me what was broken. They put the new one in. They had also replaced a circuit board for us. They managed to squeeze me in that day no matter what.
