Very well (exception was that the company was going through an ownership transition so the start of the job took longer than expected).

Though we chose a different contractor, I was very pleased with the service we received. A representative came out the day after I called, measured every window and showed me samples of the products that would be available. An estimate was in my door within two days, and I received a couple of follow-up phone calls.

He called when he didn't arrive as promised, and let us know he was on his way. He worked hard and he cleaned up after himself. Very pleasant and easy to talk to even though he had work to do and get done. He had troubles with removing of the window because of the way it was installed and he called for advise and got the job done.

Every contact that I had with this company was great, from the receptionist, to the salesman and the installer. In fact the salesman had an installer come out to my house to be sure he could do the job before we even ordered the windows. I don't anticipate needing a service call at this time but if I do I'll update this feedback.

Siding looks great! Project completed in a timely manner. Contacts were responsive and easy to deal with. Great at resolving issues, following up, and cleaning up post-project. The only complaint I have is that I did not double-check my contract to ensure gutter "covers" were included although this was agreed upon verbally.

The salesman I worked with was Jack Baldridge, he was very knowledgeable and polite. Their pricing was very competitive and about 1/3 the price of other "brand" name windows. I think the quality of the product is very good. I am very satisfied with my new windows and have definitely noticed the difference in my heating and cooling bills. The installation crew was on time and completed the work in a much shorter time than I had anticipated. The windows were installed in November, but they worked swiftly so the house never got very cold. They worked well together and had my windows installed in approximately 7 hours.

Price for five windows was around $1200. I need to get other things fixed before proceeding. He saw my challenges and did not try to sell me windows until I took care of other areas. Very knowledgeable about products. Will call them when I'm ready for my windows.

The 6-7 guys came even a day earlier than expected, and finished the job before the day was done! Gutters were installed the following day. Nice job.

Good job, had to double check work done (point out areas for caulking, etc.), the crew was less than professional in appearance, and did not take any care in keeping windows clean, however, they were pleasant. Cheapest energy star windows I could find.

Carlos with Window World came out measured and gave an estimate. We signed a contract and he gave me the time frame for window fabrication. He told me that the windows would be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. He also said that it could be much sooner depending upon the factory workload. They were done in two weeks. We scheduled the install for that same week. The crew came out and completed the work in one day. They did an AWESOME job. All messes were cleaned up and the caulking and finish work was very professional. I had three estimates and theirs was the lowest by over 1,000.00. Due to the steel tearouts many of the guys who gave estimates did not even want to do the work. They just said, ''no big deal.'' I will definitely use those guys again!!

They came the NEXT day to replace all of this! They even replaced a shingle that was missing on the roof for me! They stuck to their estimate which was very low. They did a great job and were so honest with me! The house looks SO different and beautiful.

PRICE WAS THE LOWEST I COULD FIND. THE WINDOWS ARE QUALITY. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY, AND DID THE ENTIRE JOB IN ONE DAY.

THE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY AND QUICKLY--PERHAPS TOO QUICKLY. THERE WERE SEVERAL PLACES WHERE I BELIEVE CAULKING SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPLIED AROUND THE ALUMINUM TRIM AND WAS NOT. THERE WERE SEVERAL MARKS (DIRTY HAND PRINTS) ON THE INSIDE WALLS. HOWEVER WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE APPEARANCE BOTH INSIDE AND OUT HAS ENHANCED THE LOOK OF OUR HOUSE.

THE ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY ENJOYABLE. THE CONCRETE FLOOR IS NOT COMPLETELY SMOOTH BUT IT WAS POURED IN JANUARY SO THE WEATHER WAS A FACTOR SINCE IT HAD TO BE AT LEAST 55 DEGREES TO POUR IT.

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY HAVE HIGH QUALITY WORKMANSHIP AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL TO BOOT. WE APPRECIATE THE WORK THEY DID FOR US.

DID AN OKAY JOB ON ALL BUT 2 WINDOWS. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THEM BACK TO FIX THE MESS UP.

INSTALLER ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. DID CLEANUP AND HAULED AWAY OLD MATERIAL.

EVERYONE WAS ON TIME AND DID CLEAN AND LOVELY WORK!
