Description of Work: Stephen performed the estimate for cleaning and resurfacing the grout in our bathrooms (2), tile floors. Patrick performed the work. Both individuals were professional and we are thrilled with the work, the tiles look as good or better than new. Stephen called as soon as the coupon was purchased and followed up with email. Description of Work: I was interested in having some ceramic tile reglazed. Steve came out and looked at my bathroom and said that his products are not well suited for this type of work. He was very professional and honest in not wanting to perform work outside his normal scope. Although he wasn't able to help me this time, it was a good experience.
