Both times he came, for the quote and for the repair, he came within the two hour time quoted. He was very professional and did a wonderful job.

The job was quoted days after the initial phone call and we scheduled the work to be done on the days of the initial inspection. The job was done over two phases. The technician cleaned all of the grout and tile.. He repaired all of the cracks in the grout , color sealed all of the grout and caulked all of the joints with silicone. All of the areas were in need of some pretty intense work even though the house is only 5 years old. He was here for two days and did a great job. He cleaned up all of the areas when he was done and the showers look new again. We would recommend them to everyone and we will certainly use them again.

I spoke with Steve on the phone and he quoted a price at that time. Steve arrived at the scheduled time and explained the entire process to me, including showing me photos. He then went right to work, completed his job in the time he stated it would take and cleaned up well. The tub looks beautiful and I am very pleased with the service performed.

We've used Superior Refinishing Systems before and the quality of the work was wonderful. This time we had a complex issue for Stephen. It was a bathroom tub which a long standing tenant had never informed us had developed a continusly leaky faucet. When the tenant took a job in another city and we got in to renovate the unit we were horrified to find out that the long-standing leak had worn a hole completely through the tub!!!! Additionally, in the kitchen the countertop had become very worn and looked dated. We wanted this redone also. Stephen to the rescue. He immediately gave us an appointment time and came out to do both the repair and resurfacing of the bathroom tub and the countertop in the same visit. Stephen offered us options for the veneer and the color of the countertop. We chose something very attractive that would go with the new appliances and flooring that were arriving. Stephen's work on both the tub and countertop were, as always, handled quickly and efficiently and the final product is awesome. And once he leaves the quality of the work shows you he was there, but never a mess. Stephen leaves the area spotless when he is done. Thank you, Stephen! It looks great!!

Stephen was great. Communicative, Punctual, and the tub looks great. Another, unrelated contractor said $350 should be the going rate to get the tub refinished, and that was the exact price Stephen quoted me (without me telling him that's what I expected). Before he left, he took me through everything he had done, and provided some requested estimates for other work throughout the house. We are looking forward to hiring him again to clean/seal our slate entryway floor, and maybe clean up the master shower. Would recommend highly.

It went fine overall. The repair man arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job. I'm very happy with the job.

The job went very well. They did an outstanding job on the part that was completed. The only reason we didn't have them redo the entire shower wall was due to our own misunderstanding of what we were purchasing. But in the future, we would certainly have them out to redo our other showers/bathtubs. When the technician came and we found out the mistake we had made, he came up with a pleasant solution to get work done at the price we had paid. He refinished the lower half of our shower, which was much more worn than the top. When he finished, the shower looked brand new at the bottom, but it didn't make the shower look odd because the top doesn't get as stained, etc as the lower portion. It looked really sharp. He also spent some time on the ceramic in the shower stall, making it look nice and shiny! We were very impressed with his work.

We are highly satisfied with the work completed. We arranged to have the work done while we were on vacation and returned to new-looking tubs and shower!!

We had some painters in giving us and estimate for painting throughout our apartment complex. On that visit we were discussing with them a tub that we were planning on replacing. He immediately scheduled a time to come out and assess the situation and gave me some window of what I could anticipate the estimate to be based on the type and extent of the damage. He came on time for the appointment. He bid the job for within the amounts he had quoted to me on the phone. He arrived on time on the scheduled day to do the work. He did a fantastic job!! He left the work site immaculate when he left! He was friendly, relaxed and easy to work with. He gave us great information about some of the other important repair and remodeling work he could provide for us. Superior Refinishing Systems is a perfect fit for anyone who has tub, countertop and vanity top repair, renovation and or resurfacing needs.

Great! Professional and friendly. Where there were some tile issues, he came and got me to show me so that I would know he did the best he could under less than ideal circumstances.

I had repaired the grout and painted the grout in our shower. I did a good job. When I saw the Angie's List coupon for $75 for the same type of work I decided to see what a professional would do. The owner of the company came by to look at the job. I do not remember exactly what the extra cost was (above the $75 coupon for $150 work), but there was an additional charge. I found it confusing and perhaps misleading because I had not expected the additional charge. But the cost was still okay. A few days later someone with the company came to do the work. He was fast, tidy and did a good job. And compared to my approach in the shower their process was much more efficient.

Work was done in a timely manner and up to expectations. Tub and shower look great.

I was called by the owner of the company shortly after I purchased the deal. He set up an appointment to come to my daughter's house and look at the tub to give me an estimate of the cost of refinishing her tub. I told him that my daughter planned to sell the house because she was taking a job out of state. We set up a time for him to come to t he house and begin the process of refinishing the tub. His partner came at the scheduled time, and the original representative came shortly thereafter. They worked on the tub and completed the job promptly. The finished product looked great, like new. Both were very professional and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Stephen Huff is the owner and he is the one who gave us the bid, but his partner Patrick did the actual work. Patrick was very professional and did a very nice job. We got many bids to repair the water-damaged wall, but we chose this company because they were able to repair the wall instead of replacing all tile at a much higher cost (as most other companies wanted to do). The bathroom that needed repair is a spare bathroom that won't get much use, so we didn't want to spend a fortune replacing all drywall and tile. There area surrounding the damaged drywall appeared dry and we didn't think mold would be an issue, which is another reason we chose to repair rather than replace.

Was very surprised that he said he could come out and do the repair on a Sunday, but that is exactly what he did. The access to our tub is kind of narrow because of it being in a 5th wheel trailer but he did a great job having to lean over through door to fix the hole.

The big deal saved us a lot of money. We were thinking about getting a new bathtub but he refurnished our old one and it looks wonderful. He is very detailed and his service is excellent. He removed the old grout and put in new. He was so professional, so fast and he came on time. What he promised to do with his detailed report, he did! We are very pleased.

I contacted Stephen for an estimate a couple weeks prior to having the work done and let him know I had one bid and was still getting another. He came over and gave me a bid, was on time and was very friendly and to the point and I felt comfortable and pretty much knew he was the one at that moment but still waited to talk to the other people. I'm in the process of getting my home ready to place on the market for sell and I received a discount coupon for Tub and tile repair from Angie's list which is what I needed. My home is relatievly new and only needed minor touch ups with the grout line due to the home settling ans causing separation cracks or lines at the joints. I paid for the discount which was $75.00 plus an additional $50.00 once the work was completed. The owner was very prompt and professional. i left a message and immediately he was able to get back with me and scheduled the appt for that weekend. His assistant can out and was able to match the grout perfoectly with the existing one. All together the work was very minor and only required less than 1 hour. I would use them again, my only problem is that for such a small job the price was rather expensive. If you calculate it according to hours, it was a $125/hr job and that was with a discount.

This was actually the second time I have enjoyed their service. On both occasions, they offered me a much cheaper alternative (1/3 the price of another) to deal with peeling paint on a bathtub. This time I contacted them about a bathtub that gave up a lot of paint when we pulled up the bathtub mat. They came out within a week (delayed one day by my schedule), right at the time they said they would. They charged me the price they stated on the phone. The first tub which was resurfaced a little over two years ago with a non-slip paint on the bottom is still just like when they finished and just like new. Professional, speedy, the best possible work, and much cheaper than others and far cheaper than getting a tub liner.These are your "go-to" guys!

The owner came on Saturday to look it over, and sent his nephew on Sunday to do the job, shich he did promptly and cheerfully. He did a great job of cleaning up too. I was reluctant to take him up on a Sunday job, but there was no extra charge, and it fit everyone's schedule. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Stephen from Angies List. He came out and gave us a quote. What he described was exactly what we needed. He gave us a time he could come out and was there when he said he would. The work was performed and the tub looks great. We had to clean up afterwards as there was a lot of dust left behind. Overall we were happy.

We got him off of Angie's List. He gave us a quote on the phone. He was very honest about telling us how the repair would look and about what the end product would be. He was realistic about the repairs. He said it wasn't going to be perfect but he would give it shot and he was pretty accurate. He definitely came out on a Sunday because he had a slot on a Sunday. He was very convenient and just very motivated. He's a single owner and a single operation. He was good. The finish didn't look perfect. Although my expectations weren't any higher because he was realistic about the expectation and the finish but it could have looked better.

When I emailed, Steve called back immediately. Came to the house to view the tub and service required. Suggested what was probably the cause of the tub leak and to schedule the plumber to fix it before the refinishing process. They arrived exactly on time the day we had scheduled the work. Both Steve and his assistant spent all their time at our house working. They finished on time. The cost was what was quoted and was very reasonable. We had thought we would need a new tub or a tub liner, both of which were far more expensive. This is beautiful. Everything looks brand new!

After receiving a quote from Stephen, we agreed to the work. Price did not change, which was great. I was told sometime between noon and 2pm today. Patrick - the laborer, was at my house before noon. This was awesome and surprising! Patrick came in and politely finished all work, which took about 3 hours. He was meticulously clean and organized and didn't leave a shred of evidence behind, except for the beautiful work he finished. Our tiny bathroom had old, disgusting caulk from a previous owner. The tile had never been sealed and was badly stained as well. Our bathroom floor and vanity look brand new. I am extremely impressed with the grout color, beautiful creamy almond color and my tile looks brand new! I am extremely happy with the price charged, it was very fair and for the work that was performed, we could not be happier! Thank you for doing such excellent work Patrick.
