This was the best service call I've ever experienced. Travis was very thorough and checked the entire heating and cooling system, even after determining the reason for the AC not working properly. He was on time, arriving very close to the beginning of the 3 hour window I was given. He was very polite and courteous, and explained everything to me.

Travis was awesome! He was very prompt in calling me back and even scheduled me in when his schedule was full. Once he got here he went right to work fixing my mess. He even explained what I had done right and wrong as he went along. Not only did he install our thermostat he also programmed it for us and made sure I understood how to work it.. You can tell Travis really cares about his clients! We will use him in the future for all our AC and Heating needs. Thank you Travis!

It went extremely well. Travis came out early on Saturday, diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of solutions and explained the benefits of each. After I made a decision on which way to go, Travis, realizing he didn't have the part, made phone calls until he found the part (on a Saturday), retrieved the part, came back to the house and installed the part.

Friendly. Quick. Clean. Over the top customer satisfaction. Immediately following installation my electric bill skyrocketed. Of course a friendly phone call to the electric co. was the first step, only to be told there was no wrong doing on their end. What gives? I called Neece and asked if the furnace could be a possibility. Not only did he come back and inspect the furnace, but sent an electrician over free of charge to insure quality product. Rightfully so, they found nothing wrong. In the end, after several phone calls to multiple supervisors, the electric company admitted fault and refunded the $1000.00 plus I was overcharged. The fact that Travis was willing to go above and beyond with this particular issue should speak volumes toward his integrity. Thank you. Adrea

Had problems getting old air handler uninstalled and the electricity went out for a couple of hours. Workers continued as best they could so we would have heat for Thanksgiving. We believe this was going above and beyond do to abnormal circumstances.

I noticed my heater was not coming on and the temperature inside was dropping with the temperature outside late Tuesday night. I called around the next morning trying to get someone to look at my furnace ASAP. One place told me the soonest could get me in was a week while others were a day or 2 out. I called Neece Heating and Cooling and they said they would work me in. They took my number and not even 10 minutes later they called back saying they worked me into their schedule and someone was on the way. Neece Heating and Cooling was at my house in good time and working on my furnace right away. Travis was methodical in diagnosis and efficient in getting it back up. He was exceptionally professionaland was able to translate detailed concepts to an everyday level. While he did offer a yearly maintenance plan if I wanted, he was not at all the pushy sales type that I've worked with before. I felt like Travis was really here to help solve my heating woes. I highly recommend Neece Heating and Cooling and definitely plan on using Neece Heating and Cooling in the future.

I had two old style mercury thermostats that weren't efficient or accurate. Replaced with two new programable stats that are compatible with my furnaces and heat pumps. Thermostats were different in size from the old ones and they installed attractive back plates on each so there was no need to touch up paint on the walls. Checked everything to make sure working and programmed for me. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Will use again when the need arises.

We had no problems and everything went just fine. I have no complaints with them. The technician was very courteous, prompt, and answered all my questions. The scheduling was just fine.

Excellent! He arrived within the scheduled appointment time. He is professional and polite. Didn't waste any time determining the problem. His skill set is outstanding. The work was easy for him. He had the part needed with him. He answered all my questions and explained what was going on. He let me see the meter reading before and after the repair thus proving the new part fixed the problem. I will ask him to bid replacement of my aging HVAC when that time comes. Very affordable, fair price.

Travis was wonderful. AC stopped working yesterday afternoon, was tripping the breaker, but started working again later in the evening. I called Neece first thing this morning and they managed to work me in. Fortunately it was nothing more than a dirty unit, Travis showed me the problem, corrected the problem and then checked out my filter and my furnace as well as the humidifier. All for the special coupon price of $40!! I couldn't be happier with their service and will use them in the futurel

A previous service provider for the Rooftop unit had expressed that the unit was so old and just limping along. He had indicated that the unit was needing replaced and was pushing hard to make the sale. But Neece Heating and Cooling arrived and inspected the unit thoroughly. They checked amperages, temperatures, filters, mechanics and a variety of other things to verify that although the unit is old, it is fully operational and does not need replacing at this time. I LOVE THEM! This honesty saved me what I would guess to be $6000. I have used Neece Heating and Cooling before at a residential rental and was thrilled with them at that time. But I was not sure that they did commercial service. I'm so glad I called to verify that they do all kinds of HVAC service, commercial and residential.

The maintenance they did on my furnace went well and it's held up fine since then. There were no issues with scheduling. The one tech that came out was also very professional.

My A/C stopped working the evening of a 100 degree day. I have a home warranty service so I called them. They set me up with a service provider that was supposed to call me the next morning to make an appointment. They didn't call. I tried calling them but only got their voice mail and no return calls. I asked my home warranty company to set me up with another service provider, which they did. I checked them on Angie's list and they had an overall "D" with an "F" for promptness and quality. I decided I had enough of that and looked up Neece Heating and Cooling on Angie's list. I called them and a person answered! She said they were very busy and it might be tomorrow before they could come out. They'd try to work me in sooner if possible. She called me back about 30 minutes later and said Travis had a gap between calls and could come out in 30 minutes! I met Travis and he quickly diagnosed a blown fuse in the disconnect box. All the amperage draws on the unit checked out, so it may have been caused by a brown-out in the neighborhood. This is the second time Travis has come to our house and I'd recommend him and use him again.

Everything went well. They answered our phone call early in the morning. I was expecting to leave a message. They came that day. They were quick, responsive and qualified. We would call them again.

I had a mini split that I installed myself and had some problems, maybe my fault maybe not. Travis came out and was very accommodating and very happy to work with me on troubleshooting the problem. It took a couple of trips but he was very helpful and very nice to work with. In the end my system works great and I couldn't be happier.

Neece was very responsive, I left a message that morning and they were able to get to it by the same evening. The guys were extremely professional and educating with us. We were able to get our AC up and running with little repairs, added Freon. We slept in a cool bed that night. thank you Neece!

We are so pleased to have found a good heating a/c contractor after moving into our new home/neighborhood. We haven't had a heat pump before, so we needed the system checked and an education on how to care for it. We received both. The systems were checked, freon added where needed, etc. Equally important, we learned what we needed to know about how the system works and how to use it more efficiently. It is great to receive the education we needed to use our home's system properly. We will definately us Neece again. Thank you for your patience - great work!

I love Neece Heating and Cooling. They came out quickly, were honest and up front about what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. He never tried to talk me into buying a new one or play up how old mine is (and it is old). Couldn't recommend them more!

It worked out fine. They were fine. I wouldn't say that they were the greatest I had. My interactions with them was good. It was just a tune-up, so it was great. It was okay. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came out maybe three or four days after the deal was purchased.
