The capacitor on my AC condenser went out. It was a very hot day and they were very busy. They came out the same day I called and were able to resolve the issue.

I am happy to recommend Neece for anything related to your air conditioning needs. In Summer 2017, after one local prominent a/c company determined I'd need to replace my air conditioner, I thought I'd call another company for a second opinion. I called Neece after reading some positive reviews on Angie's List. Travis came out and was extremely nice and personable. He determined that I did NOT have to replace the whole unit but merely needed a new fan motor. That saved me thousands of dollars I couldn't afford to spend. I was so happy, I recommended Travis to a friend who had a similar very positive experience. Anyway, this summer (2018), another one of my units would not work. I called Travis and he came out. He spent quite a bit of time here, did a lot of testing and determined the problem was probably NOT any a/c components but most likely the breaker. We arranged that I would replace the breaker and he would come back. He did not bill me...said we'd wait until he returned. Several days later, he returned and sure enough (long story short), the problem was related to the breaker and breaker box and NOT the a/c. Everything runs great now! His bill was extremely reasonable, even though he came two separate times and also cleaned the 3 units. If you are looking for an honest, straight-shooting, personable, reasonable and nice person to deal with as it relates to your air conditioning needs, I wholeheartedly recommend Travis. In December 2016, our furnace stopped working. Neece was the first company after multiple calls that could come out that day, including the company that we and our extended family had used for decades. They inspected and we agreed to replace our 30 year old furnace and went through the options. We scheduled the work for the next day. They arrived on time and brought space heaters. The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up behind them. Last September, our AC stopped working. We put it off until the spring. They diagnosed the problems and provided multiple options for replacement. Their price was the best we found. They replaced the unit the following week. Once again, they were efficient amd worked hard.

I cannot say how pleased I am with not just the new system but how the team put my needs first and were not satisfied until I was! When you are paying for a service like this you are not only looking for a good price but also knowledge and honesty. Making sure I was happy with the result always seemed to be their priority even when I may be asking a ton of questions. Before all work was completed, they performed a complete system check and walked me through all the functions and features of my new system. The installation was clean, they respected my home as if it were their own and always kept me up to date on progress and asked permission if there was ever a need o deviate from the original plan; at one point some duct work had to be modified for the new unit. Without a doubt I would use them again!

This was a very pleasant experience! Travis Neece and his technicians were so easy to work with. They arrived promptly, used little blue booties in our home and laid down clean cloths in the work area to keep our home clean. They were very polite and answered all our questions with easy to understand instruction. We could not have hired a more professional, personable and qualified company. We will definitely continue to use Neece Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs. We definitely recommend this company - call them, you will be very glad you did.

They come when they are supposed to came and do what they are supposed to do. They can always be cheaper. They are good with scheduling.

This company was very responsive to my needs. They quickly replaced my furnace and water heater. It was especially great to have the air conditioner working again due to the hot humid weather.

Air conditioner quit late yesterday evening. Called Neece and they were here early this morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. George was very professional and efficient. This was the second time I have used this company and I would never call anyone else! Wonderful to work with!

I called them and they came within one day. The tech discovered that the breaker to the AC was off. I was so embarrassed! I had my kitchen redone last fall and the man who turned off the electricity in the kitchen must have hit the AC breaker by mistake.

Fast and sufficient. Very friendly and nice technician. Second service call for us and we will continue to use them when needed.

Unfortunately, applying the sealant was not effective, so I had to choose to replace the coil. This company was up front about the cost and worked to make things right after the first visit did not fix the problem. I was grateful for their help and willingness to be flexible with time and cost of service.

I haven't had any problems since. I will call him again for a check up.
