Description of Work: Two years ago I purchased a new Trane furnace and air conditioning unit. In December 2014 I invited out Neece Heating and Cooling to check over my unit and service it if necessary. Travis Neece was on time, extremely polite and professional, and the price was fair. I recommended Neece to a neighbor who needed a new furnace, and I believe that the neighbor did purchase a unit. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Neece H/C was excellent. Travis came out to the house immediately and answered all my questions. He was not pushy just professional and informative. The price was very competative and he even did some special things with the project. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and their promptness was very impressive. They kept their word every step of the way and even took the time to come back out and inspect something I had a question on, after the job was done. I was so pleased with their work I referred them to a friend of mine the day after they completed my job of installing a new HVAC system. I will only use Neece Heating and Cooling in the future for all my needs, and I will refer and encourage everyone I know who needs this service to call them first!

Description of Work: I called three other companies, but Neece Heating & Cooling were the only one to respond with specific answers to all of my questions, and also provided me with approximate price ranges, and they were able to work me in within 24 hours, during peak season. The owner, Mr. Neece came out on the initial call, he was very considerate of my home, very respectful, very down to earth, took time to explain things to me in a manner that I could understand the issues, and options well enough to make good sound decisions. |Mr. Neece did a basic system check, determining that the Freon was low (which I expected such, and I knew how much the Freon would cost me, because, unlike the other companies that I had called, I was given specific cost related info over the phone when I asked for it). So, the Freon was quickly replenished, and the unit was cooling very well again. However, same thing happened by the end of the week. So, I called, and Mr. Neece came out again, and determined that the 10 yr. old Coil needed to be replaced. I saw it (nasty), but we were hoping that we could get by one more year. |Mr. Neece explained all of my options. One thing that I really appreciated about Mr. Neece, was that he was very forthcoming, and never pushy. Not only that, I asked him to give me some time to make a decision, and he wrote out the estimates, and parts info, and suggested that I check around, and promised that he would give me the best price. Of course, I was going to check around anyway. I then had to ask him how does he provide such quality service, at such an affordable price. Well, he just explained that he basically does almost all the work, that he has one assistant technician, and the dispatcher. |So, after researching, Neece Heating & Cooling is at least 30% lower than everyone eles. I called Mr. Neece, and scheduled the appointment. The assistant technician came out (as we had discussed earlier), and completed the job as promised. |Also, Mr. Neece allowed me the highest Angie's coupon value, and a seniors discount. Not to mention that he did not charge me for the Freon that he replenished again on the second call. |Based on my overall experience, Neece Heating & Cooling is a company of expertise and integrity. Description of Work: Neece replaced two of my air condition and furnace units. They were on time, explained everything to me, arranged for interest-free financing for 18 months, and made three or four service calls for warranty work. They were great!

Description of Work: The blower went out in our 30 year old furnace, leaving us with no air conditioning. I called Neece Heating and Cooling late in the afternoon of September 4th, and she apologized for not being able to get someone out that same day. She promised someone would come the next morning, and he did. He was very pleasant. He had the part he needed in his truck. The old blower was rusted in place, and he was worried about causing damage if he tried to get it out. My husband sprayed it with tons of WD40 and between the 2 of them they got it out. My husband was so happy with their service and price that he is going to hire them to do a commercial job as well.

Description of Work: Travis came out and did an inspection and gave us a quote on a new a/c and heater. He was very thorough in his explanations and did not try to push me into purchasing anything. His crew arrived on time and were very professional. Once the job was completed, Travis walked us through the new system and answered any questions we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner was not cooling so I reviewed the providers and purchased a Big Deal. They contacted me within the time-frame they said they would, we scheduled the appointment at a mutually agreeable time. The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and recommended and performed the work to fix the problem. We have an older air conditioner. He recommended the short-term fix (which he did and it worked) and he warned us of problems, but did Not pressure us to buy a new unit. There was a charge for the work they performed and I thought it was very fair, although I can't remember the exact amount. I am Very Satisfied. I would use this provider again and also recommend them to others.
