Description of Work: We bought a special Angie's List discounted service call to get a diagnosis of mold in a condensate drain. Neece diagnosed the problem and treated it. And, they left a supply of the chemical tablets needed to prevent the problem from recurring.

Description of Work: They are willing to work with you budget. They were very responsive to my calls, and questions. They were very reasonable with their pricing. The only reason I did not end up going with them was because I found a reputable person who does non-commercial side work for way less than anyone who does it as a business.

Description of Work: I just moved in to a new, existing home and purchased the Big Deal which consisted of $99 for an A/C tuneup. Since it's almost fall, I also had Neece perform a furnace tuneup. They only charged an additional $69 for it since they were already there. I used Neece for my heating & cooling needs at my last residence and highly recommend them. The owner, Travis Neece, is highly experienced, professional, punctual, and personable. He's efficient yet also takes his time to make sure one's unit is in good working order; he doesn't just blow in and out.

 + -1 moreMy furnace stopped working and we had another company out to see what the problem was. It was serious and required a new furnace. I waited a few days for the original company to call me with an estimate but it was cold and I have small children and I was tired of waiting. I called Neece Heating and Cooling on Saturday, they came out within two hours to give us an estimate. He did say it would cost an additional $100 to do the work on Saturday versus Monday. Although it's been a warmer than usual February, the nights are still hitting 30 degrees or below and $100 when you're spending nearly $2000 seems worth it. They also gave us a whole house humidifier with the Angie's List coupon. Let me tell you, they earned that extra $100. They worked all afternoon and finished the furnace up at 9:30 on Saturday night so we would have heat that night. They came back out on Monday to install the humidifier. I think they left my furnace room cleaner than when they came in. The gentlemen were very professional, friendly and polite. They didn't make a mess without cleaning it up.

 + -1 moreI trusted these people enough to have my wife let them in and complete their install while I was away. There were a couple of things--filter and exhaust location--that I would have asked that they modify slightly but their judgment was sound. I'm referring to aesthetics of the placement only. I first learned of Neece a couple of years ago late on a cold winter night when our old furnance quit.. They showed up shortly after I called, identified the problem wirh the furnance, picked up the part from their supplier and had the unit working properly by 8:30 the next morning. I was impressed then and now by their concerned effort. And their prices are fair.
Description of Work: They installed a new Heil furnance and central air. Their price was reasonable. The unit appears to be properly sized and installed correctly. No problems. They hauled away the old units.
