Great. Our unit went out over the weekend, and Neece came out and installed a new unit when no one else would.

They were really good and they gave us a great price. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. When I had an issue I called into their company and the lady answered the phone. There was no automation. She spoke to me as a person and not as a customer. He sent me an estimate and what the guys told was double; he could do it for when he was here. I sent him an email back and I didn’t hear from him so I called. The lady in the office began to tell me that he does everything so he was not there. He responded to my email after 11 o’clock at night. They were on time. The guy who came in and put in the AC was very good in explaining everything to me and how to put in the air filter. I haven’t had too many service people even care to tell me these things; they just put my stuff in and leave. I really appreciated that.

They showed up quickly and resolved the problem within an hour. I've used Neece before and have always had good luck with their service.

Called at 8:00am, spoke to Jennifer. She promised me that they'd be out the same day, but that it would be late in the day. Got to 3:30pm, and had not heard from them. Called in, were told they'd arrive between 4:00-5:00. 4:30 the technician arrives. Explained what we'd done to try to troubleshoot (new thermostat, and that it had power). Went downstairs, and the technician made an adjustment to the ~furnace~ door. Turns out that there is a lock on the door that the door had gotten loose. He adjusted the door and we had air conditioning again! After a little chatting, and getting his business card I saw it was the owner himself that had come out! He said that he saw they were not going to make the original appointment, so he stepped in to make sure we were taken care of. Now THAT is service! I am very, very happy with Neece and will be using them in the future. I will be recommending Neece to my friends and family.

The technician came out on time and noted that we have the old freon that needed re-charging. The freon is very expensive due to government regulations forcing freon out of the market. I was very happy with Neece just unhappy (again) with government regulations.

It turned out fine and they did a great job. The price was great because it was a $40 service fee. I probably will call them back if I have any issues.

Tenant complain the air condition was not cold. Purchase a $40.00 service deal from Neece cooling and heating Inc. They respond promptly. Filled it back up with freon for $200.and said will come back next week to find out where it leaks for $85. Call the next week to tell they couldn't make it till another week but promise to fill the freon back with no charge if there's losing . Went back the next week and find the leaking, fill it back up, didn't charge me anything even that $85. But advice that the unit need to be replaced. The quote was a bit on the high side. I still haven't decided what to do yet. I didn't get to meet them. But the tenant said the gentleman was very nice and he was very nice and seem's honest to me too when we talk on the phone.

Great! The telephone advice he gave us was correct and would have been adequate if we'd asked all the right questions. He responded quickly when we were unable to finish it ourselves, and had the job done in about 30 minutes. Then he helped us figure out what to do about an area of our home which currently receives inadequate temperature control. When we are ready to address that problem we will definitely call Neece to do the work.

They were able to come out right away. He added the freon but made an appointment with me to come back when he had more time to find out why the system had leaked. He came back out the following week and found the leak. I was quoted a price to replace the condenser coil. He told me he had put in a new filter that didn't quite fit, but it was the only one he had. I didn't pay that close of attention to it for a couple of weeks. I then remembered it and thought I'd get a new one. That's when I saw the one that "didn't quite fit". It was sticking out of the furnace about 4 inches. It took me forever to get it out! That and the condensation outlet (where the piece of hose is connected to drain to where the floor drain is) was leaking from behind the hose fitting. The water is running down inside the furnace base now. This wasn't like that before the call. Also, the metal sides of the furnace (that I assume) were removed for inspection weren't replaced correctly so the door to the filter will not close properly now. I stop short of accusing them of being responsible for all of this, but I've decided not to use them in the future.

Neece Heating and Cooling Inc. came out and checked out the air conditioning. They come out twice a year to do checks on our heating and air conditioning system. Whenever we have trouble with our air conditioning and furnace, that's who we call. I called them because our air conditioning wasn't cooling and thought they just needed to add some freon, to start with. So they didn't charge us for a service call or for the freon because we're customers on a regular contract. Then it quit working again, so we called them and they came out and there was a leak in the coil. So we talked about it and decided to replace the whole unit. They got us in the next day, to put in a whole new furnace and air conditioning unit, the whole day.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for a programable thermostat (Honeywell Pro 4000). Neece was able to schedule an appointment on short notice to accomodate my availability. The technicial arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He was pleasant, and informative. He installed the unit promptly. It seems to work great.

Ted, the HVAC technician, arrived exactly on time. He quickly topped off the freon in both of my AC units to the specified levels. He used a digital scale so that the amount of freon he added was accurately measured. He was here less than 45 minutes. During his visit he suggested a product that can be added to the freon lines that could stop the leaks permanently but did not pressure me to buy this product. It was very low key. Finally, he present a bill that was exactly what I expected based on my conversation with the scheduling person in their front office. I couldn't be happier with their service. What a great, no nonsense, company!!!

Went very well. As usual I need to wait for some time to make sure that work done is good. For sure they are very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I can't say there was anything that really stood out but we got the appointment quickly and they showed up on time, did the work and it was really nice and I got a follow up call from the owner, that was very nice, and everything has worked just fine, and so we were very pleased. Some people told me that it wasn't an exceptional price but it was a reasonable price.

TERRIBLE. Neese heating and cooling (Travis) was rude and canceled my appointment when they were going to arrive late. I called them to find out when they were going to arrive, they told me they were going be late... I asked them to hurry because I had another appointment. Travis called me back immediately and told me that I needed to find another HVAC company to do the job. I was left wasting 3 hours (half a day of vacation) on Neese heating and cooling. STAY AWAY.

No high pressure sales. Everyone was very polite, clean and tidy. Full explainations of equipment, use of thermostat, etc. Free thermostat with system. Gave me a 500.00 discount because they forgot Memorial Day was a holiday and although they called almost immediately from the office to let me know it would be Tuesday instead, and I had to wait a day. Explained that part of my cooling and heating problem was that there was no air return in the western side of the house. Ductwork completed, very tidy. The house is now blessedly cool, and I can cook without the living room and kitchen being sweltering for several hours later. Very satisfied with their work ethic, appearance, sales approach, and professionalism. Would definitely recommend, and use again. Thank you for a great experience!

This was an Angie's Big Deal, for $59. It was easy to contact the company and I was able to set up an appointment quickly. They were prompt, did a basic A/C tune up (there were no major problems). No problems and they were easy to work with.

Arrived when stated they would. Performed maintenance service on central heater.

After calling Neece, Travis came out within hours to check my unit. After some Freon the unit works like a charm. Travis was very professional and informative.
