Miracle Method Surface Restoration

The process was explained more in detail upon Mike arriving at our home. He took care with regards to the color of white that we may want and showed us samples of each and we were able to compare them to our sink and toilet before choosing one. This was most helpful. Mike cleaned and pointed out natural defects in the tub with a flashlight prior to him beginning his painting process. He assured us we would not have any paint on any of our new surfaces and we did not. He was very nice and professional and he performed quality work. We received a price $75 lower than their normal price due to the fact we wanted to do the caulking ourselves. The paint job looks amazing and we are very happy with the services we received from Mike at Miracle Method.

They did a good job and everything went according to plan. It has been a year since we had it done and it still looks great. Their professionalism was a little weird.

The technician called with the time he would arrive and came as promised. Lawrence was delightful and appreciated my helping him break the rusted drain free from the rusted cast iron tub. The first day he cleaned the tub, applied a bonding agent, and sprayed on the finish. Day 2 the tub was carefully groomed and polished. The finish is beautiful. We would recommend this company to anyone. You may need a plumber to fix the drain.

Very pleased with the outcome of this project. The tech was very friendly and explained the process to me as it was being performed. I had white formica tops that had some chip and burn spots. These were repaired and the process completed leaving me with countertops that look like granite at a fraction of the cost. I have chocolate colored walls and didn't realize how much the white counter cut the kitchen in half. Now with my new counter tops the kitchen looks pulled together. I would recommend this process and this provider.

I had them refinish the counter top in my kitchen. Both of the employees, the estimator & installer did a wonderful job. They were on time & explained everything they did. I am thinking of having them come back & refinish our outdated tub.

My Formica kitchen countertops with wood edges were dated and stained. Other options were way out of my price range or involved removing the countertops and I did not want the mess. Katie called me within 4 hours of my inquiry and we immediately scheduled an appointment for an estimate. She was very professional and fully explained the process. They were able to fit me in based on my availability - I was preparing for out of town guests and wanted the work completed quickly. Short story is that I love the finished product! Yes, there was a little dust to clean up but there was no overspray where it should not have been, and the counters look like new. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Fairly well. The initial scheduling was somewhat frustrating as the installer would not accommodate a weekend schedule. The house is currently occupied and this is the only bathroom in the house, so not being able to use the area starting Thursday (through the weekend) was challenging. I pulled the sliding doors out before the resurfacing was done, but the surface prep that was completed before reglazing did not remove all the old adhesive so there were many spots that appear pitted / textured. The remaining surface appears clean, white, and restored. All in all, I got what I paid for but I'm glad I did not pay full price. Single bath homes should be able to be accommodated on a weekend schedule to help ease the loss of use of a vital room for a number of consecutive days.

Absolutely love the shower we had done, it is beautiful. The process went as expected and within the time frame we were told. I will use them again when I do the other bathroom.

A representative from Miracle Method came to the house to give us an estimate for the project we requested and to explain the process. Mike, the owner, arrived on April 25, and completed the project that same day. The sinks look wonderful and we were pleased with both the result and the pleasant and prompt service. We would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to friends.

It really looked good. He did a good job. They were punctual and they were there when they said they would be. He was very considerate and mannerly. I would use them again. I was very pleased overall.

Absolutely fabulous! The dated tub in the home we bought was a sort of peach color. As part of a full bathroom remodel, we decided to keep the tub, but desperately wanted to change the color to white. We learned about Miracle Method by Googling and using Angie's List, and couldn't have been more pleased with the process and results. We first got an estimate, learned all about what would be done, scheduled the work, found them very accommodating when we needed to re-schedule because the remodel was a bit behind schedule, and then Dan actually did the work. My tub looks like new, and has become a luxury item instead of a dated eyesore.

They were efficient, and they left everything nice and clean. I liked all the other work. I will use them again in the future.

I contacted Miracle Method about one week before they camre out to complete the restoration. The sales person that I spoke with was extremely polite, and very interested in helping to take care of the restoration that we needed to get completed. She explained the pricing, the types of processes that could be performed and the advantages of each. I eventually chose restoration, as the house i question is a rental, and I was looking for a low cost yet long term fix. The appointment was set for Tuesday, and I was given an approximate time that the tech would contact us. When Tuesday arrived, the tech made contact with us, and told us that he would be later than expected because he had to go get his license plates taken care of before he came by to do our tub. I wasn't particularly thrilled at the fact that we as the customer were going to have to wait for this new development, however, I tried to give the tech the benefit of the doubt, and wait to see the outcome rather than cancel the appointment. The tech showed up about 15 minutes earlier than he originally estimated, and told us that alll he needed from us was access to the house, then he could take care of the process himself, and told us that it was not advisable to stay in the house as the fumes were very strong, and we would likely not be able to take the smell.We left and came back after he had completed the process. When we went back to the house, we were AMAZED at the shape of the tub. It looked as if we had replaced the tub completely, and gone with a brand new tub. The bathroom was brighter and looked infinitely cleaner than it was prior to the restoration. I can't recommend this company enough. Terrific results, great process, good communication. Other than the small issue of the license plate renewal, this was a near perfect experience!

I offered to pay him for his trip charge for coming out and he said that wasn't necessary. I was impressed by his ethics.

They respond well information requests from their website. But I when I call the office I consistantly get the voicemail. But they do return calls, the service guy, Steve was prompt and even offered to arrive early. The tub was left shiny and new looking and all the trash was removed when the job was finished.

They were amazing and did an excellent job with the fiberglass of the jacuzzi tub. It was discolored and by the time they were done you couldn't tell what so ever. They provide a very thorough solution for fiber glass.

Looking for a way to class up our 70s house without busting our budget we came across Miracle Method. My wife contacted them and had a couple of meeting to discuss what we wanted to have done. Once the work started we were without a kitchen for about a week but I could tell they were moving as long as fast as possible for all the areas we needed covered. As part of the remodel we added an island and were able to purchase a $8 piece of used counter that with the resurfacing looks just as good as the rest of our counters now. The work was done efficiently and I didn't find any spray spots outside of there the work was done, which means everything was taped off well and the fan he was using to move paint and fumes out of the area grabbed it all. We are extremely happy with the result and how the works was done.

The end result was very fine. Definitely saved a great deal of effort in replacing the items. Saved a lot of money also.
