Excellent communication skills! Prompt - Clean - Courteous & the bat tub looks excellent !!! I reached out to a couple of other refinishing contractors, not Angie's members, they were very poor communicators.

Our basement shower was 6 years old and in need of the tile grout cleaned and resealed. In researching Angie's List, Miracle Method was contacted, and a description of services and cost estimate received by them. They were able to start within a few days. They arrived on time, performed the work in the time frame promised, and left the area clean when finished. The work and sealant left the shower looking better than new! We were very pleased with the work, and the cost was a fraction of having the shower remodeled. This was the perfect transaction. I highly recommend this service and this contractor.

It was great. Over the phone, the estimate was much higher than the final bill. It only took a couple of hours, they were on a trip to our area up in Omaha, so they worked us in. Friendly, professional, very good work. We are delighted.

Everyone involved did their job very well, especially Jose, who was prompt, curtious, knows the job well,......and does his best to please. Interesting process,......20 year old shower looks new again. Only time will tell if it's as durable as the original finish.

After reading reviews everywhere I could find on Miracle Method, we decided to just have everything refinished because our tile and tub were in good shape. They are franchises and the Independence Mo location had no bad reviews after 11 yrs. The cost was a fraction of a complete redo which may have not even been a solution. Caleb came to give us a bid and help work out the details of what we would do. A nice young man named Steven did the work. He was here for 5 days but the 5th was just to remove the masking and inspect. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. It's nice to have a change in colors too. Time will tell if it is as durable as claimed but the reviews I have read say that it is. Seems to be very easy to clean also which is a huge plus. Low maintenance was the key for us now that we are in our 60's. Great solution for us. No more grout, no more caulk. Yea! We had the tub and other fixtures done in white. A new color on all tile inside and outside of the shower/tub enclosure. Then yet a darker color for the floor and vanity top. If you hate your old bathroom, it is definitely worth checking into.

The work went great. The tub looks amazing and our girls can use it again. There was, however, some issues with timing and my husband was late to work a couple of times because they were not at our house at the time they were scheduled to be here.

I would hire them again and again anytime I need to have a bath facelift. Not only was Mike’s work great in fixing the cracks and refinishing the tub, he was also a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond in making our life easier. Everything was covered professionally and ventilated to keep the fumes to minimum. Not a single mishap or complain which is more than I can say about most contractors I work with. We are new to Kansas City and I am pleased that I have someone I can rely on and trust for flawless bath refinishing.

It was just about everything the other gentleman said only the price was at least double and that does not include the tube. They thought, of course; I should take them instead of the other quote that they thought sitting there. They were going through the whole sale spill telling me why they would do better than the other company. It wasn't the same gentleman I spoke with years ago. He followed up with me just about every day for a while until I finally called him back and told him I don't think I was gonna go that way at all since they couldn't make it smooth. Anyway, he was doing his job.

The Miracle Method staff were professional and customer service focused from the beginning of the project to the end. Caleb came to the house to look at the base and to explain the MM process. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. He went over the brochure and told me to feel free to call him with any future questions or concerns. Mike arrived on time and proceeded to go over each step he would be taking to restore the surface of the base. He carefully explained all of the issues that could arise and how he would handle them. He worked steadily and completed the project sooner than expected. He left the bathroom clean and neat. The shower base looks new. We are very pleased with outcome.

Their employee screwed it all up, but Mike came out within a couple days and redid it perfectly. Reassured me that the offending employee had moved on. I would definitely here them again as they stand behind their work!

I have been a property owner and manager of dozens of properties for 20 plus years. I am down to one investment property that I am selling. I have done a total remodel on it but wasn’t looking forward to the back ache of replacing the green 50 plus year old tub. It was still in great shape so I contacted Miracle Method about re-glazing it. I decided to go with them being they offered a five year transferable warranty to the new home owner. I’m glad I did. The old tub could not look any better. I’m glad I went with re-glazing over replacing the tub with an acrylic, plastic, tub. Thanks Mike!!!!

Prompt response, good turn-around time, excellent communication throughout. I was happy that I could discuss the project with Mike and although the project was a little out of the ordinary in terms of items to be resurfaced, we got it done and it looks beautiful.

I was amazed when it was finished. It looked like a new shower. There was absolutely no mess and it only took over a day. This is really a great alternative to having your bathroom re-tiled and re-plumbed! Mark Harris and Lawrence, his installer, were very easy to work with and very professional. It saved me thousands of dollars without the mess. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

They were on time, did the work in about 4 hours. It is a year later and there has been some settling but overall, job well done.
