Excellent! Discovered the furnace wasn't working this morning so called McIntosh around 7:30 am and left a message. They called me back and said it would be a hour before someone could be out. This was fine since I had the oven on heating what part of the house I could and the thermostat was reading 51 degrees. Mark arrived within the hour and promptly went to work on the furnace. The thermostat was working and after some diagnostic he discovered the mother board controlling all the electronics had a scorched spot that even scorched the side of the furnace. He had the available part on his truck and came back with the price. He did a excellent job plus cleaned up afterwards. He was very professional and friendly to visit with.

They explained everything very well. They showed me how the vents should go and the tubes downstairs where the air goes through. They seemed to really know what they would do. They wee the cheapest. I probably still would have used them even if they weren't the cheapest because they seemed more professional then the other companies. They were very honest and up front.

AC system was not running well and was short-cycling. The technician, Dick, checked all systems and made sure that he found the correct cause of the problem. Cleaned the outdoor coil and drain pan. Found the problem with an extremely dirty indoor coil. Dick was very professional and thoruough.

Excellent. I requested Mark come back out to do the job that another Angies List award contractor claimed to do but didn't do. He arrived while the air duct cleaning company was here already at work re-cleaning the air duct work this same double Angie's List Award winner claimed to do that didn't do. The blower was filthy dirty and I mean by encrusted with grime, mold and dirt. When Mark hosed it down, nothing but mud came out. He throuoghly cleaned the blower, inside of the furnace then re-assembled it. He then checked the air conditioner for leaks, low coolant and cleaned the coils. He found nothing wrong. Didn't suggest any changes or improvements at all. Great customer service on McIntosh's part. :)

From the time they estimated the job and finished the job they were very proffessional.They were prompt and finished the job in the amount of time they said they would. Staff was curteous. I was very pleased with this company. The follow up after the job was finished was also very professional.

Used McIntosh for Heating and A/C repair for many years. The quality of their service technicians went downhill steadily. On one occasion, the technician said he was getting a high reading for carbon monoxide which worried my wife to death. A supervisor double-checked and everything was fine. On another occasion, they forgot to reset the power shut-off by the air unit. The scheduling staff was rude and very inflexible. The combination of service mishaps and lack of good service gave us the impression that they didn't care about our business. Have moved on and don't regret it.

Mark came out the same morning I called. He was very courteous, polite and professional. He did not try to over charge me with unnecessary work or make up other repairs while he was here. He made sure everything was working correctly before he closed up the furnace. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend this company.

Roger and his company employees were extremely GREAT! Roger helped us with some decisions. This company is honest, affordable, and topnotch. I wouldn't do business with any other company.

Excellent and professional work. Very clean and polite. Roger was excellent in explaining the work to be done. He came very close to competing bids and I liked his pride in his work and ethics. Work was completed in a timely manner. He followed up to see if there were any problems. Installers explained the system thoroughly. Everything from initial meeting and estimate went without a hitch. I recommend him highly.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE FAIR ON PRICE, NEAT IN APPEARANCE. THEY COVERED THE FLOOR WHERE THEY HAD TO TRAVEL WITH TARPS TO PROTECT OUR WHITE FLOOR. THEY ACTUALLY FINISHED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND THE PERFORMANCE WAS JUST EXCELLENT. THEY STOOD HEAD AND SHOULDERS OVER THE OTHER COMPANIES I INTERVIEWED.
