J & K Property Inspections

Jerrod was very professional and was very diligent in the inspection. He allowed me to follow him during the inspection and explain in person each aspect and what was important and the more cosmetic issues. Also, he was very amicable in giving me a refund after changing our mind on getting a radon test done. Even though the inspection was on a Friday evening, I didn't get any impression that he was rushing it along to try and get started on his weekend, which I was certainly grateful for. As of today, we haven't lived in the house yet to compare what he missed / didn't notice. But, he saw everything I had found and more, so as for his ability to not miss any major issues, he was very thorough. If I don't edit this review, it is safe to assume that no a major issues arose and the inspection was thorough. I would hire Jerrod again.

Incredibly professional and knowledgable. Super helpful in understanding and breaking down the immediate must do's and also the things that were of less concern. My experience with J&K Properties was flawless! I called Jerrod on a Friday and stated I need to have an inspection done the following Tuesday, and he came through with no issues whatsoever. The report was thorough, detail oriented, easy to understand and I received the entire report the same day. I would recommend J & K Properties to anyone that wants to have an accurate understanding of any home they are considering to invest in, and I will definitely be using J & K Properties for any future home inspections!
