Jerrod was very detailed in the home inspection! We were able to get the home inspection and report in a timely manner. I appreciate the “talking out loud” as the service was performed allowing me to ask questions or clarify understanding of the observations. Jerrod did not leave an inch uninspected. Jerrod arrived early and was already on the roof of the house when I arrived. What I assumed would take about an hour took significantly longer, which was good! He was incredibly thorough and left no stone unturned and taking pictures of everything. He found an issue with the water heater that no one else would have. In fact the plumber who came to fix it, fixed the wrong thing because he couldn't find it until it was pointed out to him. We walked every square foot of the house and crawled around the attic where he pointed out things I might want to consider changing after I bought the house. Luckily he found a few things that needed to be addressed by the seller before the purchase was completed and I was very thankful about that. When he finished he explained that he would need a couple days to work up a complete report and he would send me a copy as soon as it was done. Then he gave me a book called How to Operate Your Home by Mr Fix-It which has come in very handy. Overall I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I've already recommended him to a handful of friends buying houses and I will continue to do so. I can't imagine there are many inspectors in this area that will do the job that Jerrod would do if you retain his services!

Jerrod is a top notch very professional inspector and we learned so many valuable items about the home we were looking to purchase. Through his detailed inspection it gave us the knowledge the property needed a lot more TLC and long term items than we originally anticipated. Also he provided us with a homeownership how to book that will be really beneficial when we do find our next home. I would definitely would recommend him for property inspections and for our next potential home purchase.

Great. They did a very thorough inspection and provided a 30+ page report within 12 hours of the inspection. I would absolutely hire these guys again. They provided a very competitive price including a termite inspection and radon test.

Jerrod completed a total home inspection for us. The inspection was very thorough, taking about 3 hours and he emailed us a 30 page inspection report the next morning. Our home is 11 years old and we wanted to get a handle on needed maintenance. He also provided a summary prioritizing the repairs needed. So far we had one question that we emailed him about, and he responded within 30 minutes. The $300 we spent was well worth it, as he also spotted a gas smell outside our home near the gas meter and had me call the gas company. They came out within 15 minutes and fixed the problem immediately. Jerrod was very professional and courteous and I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Jerrod did a very thorough job of letting us know about the major and minor concerns of the home in a 42 page report with accompanying pictures depicting the areas of concern.

Excellent. Took approx 4 hours, because the house had much to work on. He was very detailed and thorough, starting from the outside, going inside, and looking at practically all aspects of the home including the roof and chimney. Able to find and report little issues that way we were knowledgeable of almost everything. Found termite damage in a tough to find, hidden spot. Easy to reach via phone or text and always willing and friendly to answer questions and concerns. Detailed report highlights all concerns, major or minor. Small business feel, with the integrity and work ethic to go with it. Good prices. At the time of writing he is the only worker in the business (my understanding), so you know you're getting the best work as it's one by him. Would recommend to my closest family and friends, or anyone.

First off let me say my family is full of builders and my Father is a county inspector, but unfortunately they all live 13 hours away. With that being said I sent Mr. Turnbow's report to them and they were VERY impressed with the job he did! I will be hiring him again.

So great. My husband and I were so impressed with Jerrod's responsiveness, professionalism, customer service and knowledge. This process is very new to us and Jerrod explained things in ways we could understand. His reports are very detailed and broken up into categories that make it easy for us to see majors and minors. Seriously- we are so thankful for his work and would definitely hire him again. You won't be disappointed if you're looking for an inspector - he's fantastic!!

The inspection we received was outstanding. It was very thorough and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Nothing was missed in our very lengthy inspection. No corners were cut and the inspector took his time. We followed him throughout the process and he explained everything he was seeing at the time. He then went into further detail explaining some of the issues he saw with pictures he took. In less than 24 hours we received a full report that had magnificent detail and pictures. You would not be disappointed with this company and I highly recommend them. A very genuine and easy to work with inspector. He even gave us information that was missed by someone else.

Wow. Jerrod exceeded my expectations for thoroughness and quality. He was super responsive (answered my call on a Sunday and scheduled for a Tuesday afternoon!) He explained things in a way that made it easy to understand the issues and prioritize them. He provided a very clear, detailed report after he discussed the issues with us verbally. Even our agent was impressed. I would rate him 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Jerrod was very thorough. He inspected every nook and cranny of the house. As he worked, he explained what he was inspecting and why. His report was well written, contained excellent pictures and provided additional sources of information. It was obvious that he was highly skilled and knowledgeable in all of the systems in a house and how they worked together. Polite and courteous, he made sure he answered all of our questions and provided all of the service we expected.

In the past 2 months we have had Jerrod do the inspection on 2 homes. In both cases the houses were sold "as is" and so having a good inspection was crucial. Jerrod spent over 4 hours on each inspection. He was very thorough and encouraged us to follow along and ask questions. He went into the crawlspaces and up on the roof. The inspections were very valuable in helping us make informed decisions. I would use Jerrod again and highly recommend him.
