We had 2 previous estimates to take care of our flooding problem. Brain came out and talked to us about our problem, and what he would recommend. He called us right back after install call. Came out the day and time he said he would. Put us on the schedule and completed the work within one day. The crew was excellent and did a complete job and great clean up. Brain came out after the work was done to inspect and make sure we were completely satisfied. It is great to actually have a company do what they say they would do. They were extremely helpful and knew exactly what we needed to correct the problem.

I was happy with them. They did really well and they were the only company that was able to fix the exterior cracks, other companies only repaired the interior of the home. The other quotes we received were $1,000 to $2,000 more.

I was very pleased with the work they did. They took a lot of time to look at the house and talk with me about problems/solutions when they came out to do the estimate. They were honest and said that the cracks were probably not the current issue, but I chose to fill them anyway just to be sure. They also gave me some ideas for things I could do myself (fill sidewalk crack, extend drainage pipe, etc) and it was very helpful. It took them awhile to get to me, but once they did, they compelted the work in just one day. Overall, a very good experience. Oh, and don't forget to ask for your Angie's List discount! :)

Mr. Banks was completely professional and communicated with me many times during my hesitation period while I did my homework. He even gave me his cell to call if I had questions, which we communicated by cell regularly for about four months prior to my final decision. The day came with my nerves shot and by the end of the day, I felt like I had made the right decision. All work was done timely and my yard looked great, minus new grass. Since that time, about six months ago now, I have not had one drop of water in my basement. I check it all the time and can now look forward to the spring rains with comfort knowing my personal belongings in the basement will stay dry.

They did a great job and I have not had a problem since. I do wish they had filled the crack on the inside also. I thought they would do that automatically.

Slow to start the project due to rain delays. Not their fault. Finished it in one day. Work done as promised. Don't know for certain that the problem is fixed but believe this will take care of it. Only a very heavy rain will tell for certain.

Ken, the other, and his foremen Enrique and Kenny were all great to work with. The crew was on time, worked hard, took pride in their work and were considerate; important because I have a home office. There was more work to be done than Atlantis originally thought, so I doubt they made much on the job, but they didn't complain or slack off and didn't submit a higher bill at the end. That really made an impression on me.

Ken was very knowledgeable and personable. He offered several creative options to help me save money on the total job. They did excellent work and cleaned up the site after completion. I ended up with a solid solution to the problem at a fraction of the cost of some of the big name basement waterproofing companies.

Ken Banks was extremely easy to work with. He came back immediately to fix problems I saw.

The owner was very knowledgeable about drainage issues and gave me more insights on being more preventative in thinking. He said they had a minimum of 600 dollars, and he thought the work would cost only 400. I agreed to pay him 500 to get the work done. He may have been backed up with work, it took about three or four weeks for his crew to come out and do the work. They were very good: cleaned up after themselves.

All the gutters and downspouts on the house had been upgraded 3 years earlier, but the existing 2'' section of pipe under the walkway caused water to backup and seep into the basement. They were able to schedule the work within a week and the job took less than a day. All the shrubs they moved appear to be surviving and they did a good job of cleaning up. The lawn sprinkler system stopped working after they installed the drain and Ken was nice enough to send out a sprinkler guy to take a look. It turned out to be a problem completely unrelated to their digging. It has rained a couple of times since the installation and the section of basement wall has remained completely dry, so I'm very satisfied with their work.

Two guys arrived on time. They were courteous and did not patronize me because I am a woman. They assessed the problem and advised me that they could do something, but that a simple do-it-yourself would work very well and would probably cost less than $30. They went on to explain how to carry out the project and tell me where to get the materials. Although ADS did not do any actual work, this kind of customer service and integrity is rare and is worth noting on the list.

They did an excellent job at fixing our basement water problem that we have had for years. They offered a different solution from other basement companies for fixing the problem. The work site was cleaned up very well after the work was completed.

It hasn't rained yet to know if what they did works, but it appears as if they've solved the problem. Entire experience was very professional. They were timely, communicative, and neat.

They were very busy this fall and our job was relatively small, so it took awhile for them to get to us. But the work was done as estimated and so far the basement hasn't leaked again. I was worried about damage to the landscaping and what it would look like, but it looked fine and they cleaned everything up when they were done(actually the bill was $50 lower than the original estimate because we did some shrubbery removal ahead of time).

FRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF. THE ESTIMATOR SAID THE TWO PROBLEM AREAS OF THE FOUNDATION WEREN'T BAD ENOUGH TO NEED MUCH WORK, & ADVISED ME ON HOW TO FILL THE CRACKS MYSELF. HIS HONESTY WAS IMPRESSIVE.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN.

FIRST, NOTE THAT THIS COMPANY DOESN'T SELL TRADITIONAL WATERPROOFING SERVICES. WHAT THEY DO MAKES MUCH MORE SENSE. INSTEAD OF FIGHTING THE WATER THAT IS TRYING TO GET INTO YOUR BASEMENT, THEY CHANNEL THE WATER AWAY FROM YOUR HOUSE. THEY DO THIS BY RESLOPING THE EARTH AROUND YOUR HOUSE, INSTALLING BERMS, FRENCH DRAINS AND UNDERGROUND DRAIN LINES TO TAKE WATER FROM YOUR SUMP PUMP AND GUTTERS. THIS SEEMS TO ME TO BE A MUCH BETTER SOLUTION THAN THE EXTREME (AND EXPENSIVE) MEASURES SOLD BY OTHERS. WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR WHAT THEY DID. SOMETIMES IT'S A LITTLE HARD TO GET HOLD OF RHONDA, THE OFFICE PERSON, BUT THAT WASN'T REALLY A PROBLEM.
