Description of Work: We called Steve's pest control for a termite/bug inspection of a home that we were purchasing. They responded to ourd needs right away, set up an appt for the next couple days. The inspector was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the house in under an hour. Gave us a warranty paper of his work and departed.

Description of Work: Generalized spray for bugs inside and outside! A week after "treatment" problem still existed! I called an advised the company of the situation and was told it would cost another $100.?? When I asked about their guarantee, the associate all but laughed stating the guarantee was only after three treatments! Interesting enough I solved the pest issue with a product from Lowes that cost $28.00!
