I expected to spend much more money but the representative from the company said that all we needed was a outside treatment. Very professional and friendly.

I was not impressed with the company's initial responsiveness. We called and was told someone would get back to us to set up an appointment, however when we didn't get a call back the next day, we had to call again. When they did come out, they were on time and very professional. The technician was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of good information, and was able to answer all the questions I had. He also had a video for me to watch while he wrote up the estimate. It was clear they had a superior product so we decided to go with it. They also had a variety of payment options, so we were able to find one that fit our budget. Another technician came out on a different day to place the bait around the house. He came when he said he would, was very professional, and let me know everything he was doing.

They came right away when we contacted them and was thorough at explaining what the best system was for killing termites. As far as we know, they have taken care of the problem.

They are great and I am really satisfied with them. They charge me annually. I have no problems with the quality of their work as I do not have any bugs around. They are at my place the very next day from the time I call them. They are always on time. I would use them again in the future.

I picked up a used desk for free at the curb and brought home german cockroaches with it. German cockroaches are a very difficult strain to kill. I left the desk outside, but they found their way into the house. We tolerated the bugs, and tried over the counter items which seemed to help, but didn't kill them all. We finally contacted Steve's Pest control and they came and provided an estimate when they said they would be at our place. We had to prep by emptying our cabinets which took alot of time, but we washed all the items when we returned them to the cabinets. We also had to get our pets (cats and dogs) out of the house during the treatment for several hours. A week later was the first open appointment and they did the treatment. They said that we may need one or two additional treatments due to the size of the colony. We were still seeing a few small cockroaches 2 weeks after the treatment and had them return for a second application. Since then we haven't seen anymore cockroaches. We are very satisified with the results and the cost was not bad at all. I would recommend Steve's pest control and would use them in the future if we needed the service.

They had a solution for me within a day. They were very nice to me when I called. Every person I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in their services. The person who came out to see our problem was the owner of the company Steve. That impressed me. They were fairly big. They came and looked at the problem. They called us and told us that they knew what the problem was and that they would come in a day or two and treat my yard. They made an appointment. They showed up when they were supposed to. They were nice. The price was little high for me. I would use them in the future.

I have used them for several years. The company is great. The technicians are polite and very thorough. They have only had to come back and spray once. They get the job done. On a scale of 1 to 10, they get an 11. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this service.

They do a fantastic job. I use them every spring. They do a whole house wash on the outside and then spray on the inside. Their sprays don't bother our pets. They are respectful and do a really good job. I would tell others not to call anyone else and to just call Steve.

It went very smoothly, Steve was very friendly and professional.

They rid my house of termites because we found some damage. They were great and continued to follow up with the system like they said they would. They come by and check the system each month and leave a note on the door to let you know everything is ok.

The appointment was made and the work was executed flawlessly!

My kids were being munched by mosquitoes in my yard. And I was getting sick of being bitten every time I went outside. I called a few places in the phone book and Steve's was not the cheapest deal, but they WERE the most honest. I had called Atkins first, and they told me that they would have to do a monthly treatment...and also tried to sell me on products and services I did not need. This irritated me, even though their treatment was cheaper. When I called Steve's they told me they'd come out and look at my property, which they did the next day, and then called me with an estimate. Though it was more expensive, they were also honest enough to tell me that most customers only need to have their property treated once a summer...twice if it rains more than average. They also did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I had a Summer with significantly fewer mosquitoes. Thanks!

My dog was infested with flees! She runs inside and out. The pet groomer said it was a very bad case. I immediately went home and discussed it with my husband. We called Steve's Pest Control and they came out within 2 hours! The exterminator was reassuring and very professional. He gave us some very good advice about cleaning the dog's bedding, etc. Thanks for everything!!!

The treatments were both ineffective. After the first treatment living spiders were noted under deck less than 2 weeks after treatment. Several other spiders were found on walls, sprinting across floor, and in doorways. I am terrified of spiders! They returned and repeated the spraying on July 30, 2008, less than a month after initial treatment. Tonight, August 1, 2008, I saw 2 living spiders, one of which was in the same web before the July 30 spraying - it apparently survived the spraying and is thriving! To make matters worse, the agent I spoke with to schedule the second spraying acknowledged that we should not be seeing spiders again so soon and that therefore the return call would be free but when they completed the second spraying they insisted on being paid for the call. The original treatment was $140 (almost 2x another company's price) and the return call was $50 (Another company return calls, if needed, are free). This firm is ridiculously expensive, lied about the charge for the return call, and used a treatment that was obviously ineffective as we still have healthy, happy spiders.
