They installed the television bracket into my stone fireplace PERFECTLY. Caleb even pulled himself up several times, holding onto the bracket to reassure me that it is completely secure and not going anywhere. They placed my 75 inch television on the bracket with care and tilted it to my liking and secured it to the bracket. Then they installed a shelf underneath the television for my sound bar. They worked so professionally and in sync with each other, like a well oiled machine. Honestly, I could go on and on about these two men and their professional work. They had everything completely finished quickly and they were both so kind, so approachable and asked me if I had any questions before leaving. They even took the trash with them! "This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for my pool to be closed for the year. That is roughly what I have paid in the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs, just felt like charging $1,100 to close a pool. I did not know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1,000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again."
