Avalon Handyman Services

Needed a contractor that would handle a small renovation that involved removing an existing door and replacing it with a larger one and it proved to be a difficult task until I tried using Home Advisor. Almost immediately after posting the job, I was contacted by Brett Michel of Avalon Services. Within a few short days, he visited our home, surveyed the project, and provided a very reasonable estimate. A week later, he was on site to begin the task. Brett is extremely knowledgeable about home repairs, is meticulous in his work, and very considerate of his clients. The remodeling and repairs were done quickly and to perfection. I highly recommend Avalon Services for just about any home remodeling project without reservation.

Brett did some excellent deck repair and staining for me. He was very professional, kept me up to date on the job progress, got it done very quickly and cleaned up. It was top notch work and I highly recommend him.

He was courteous and prompt. He asked me what I was trying to accomplish and then had suggestion so I could choose what was best for me. I was anxious to get them done quickly and he was able to provide what I needed. He provided a breakdown of costs before we even started, so I knew exactly what it would cost. I had bifold doors that kept falling off. He replaced them with mirrored sliding doors. I really like them. The room looks so bright and cheerful now and they slide so easily.

Mr. Michel came for an estimate a couple of weeks before the job and went over everything he planned to do for me. It was the most the professional estimate I had been exposed to, precise and thorough. Mr. Michel arrived on time and explained how he was going to do the work on my projects, then immediately began working on them. He had begun one of harder projects first and went from there. When he finished he cleaned up. I was very pleased with his work ethic and his expertise. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman.
