Description of Work: I signed up for quarterly gutter cleaning. My neighbor and I share a downspout that was not working efficiently. We hired Aerotech to install a much larger downspout (which required special ordering).

Description of Work: They have a different technique of cleaning, which is good. They are very fast. They are less than half the price of regular gutter cleaning companies. They could be more conscientious of the downspouts without me having to remind them.

Description of Work: They never came to my house to give me an estimate, even though I followed up with them! I called them to come out and give me an estimate on ~6/22 for gutter cleaning and possible repairs in Lake St. Louis. They said someone would come out the next week at the latest to inspect and give me an estimate. I told them that I could not be at the house, but they said they could inspect and email me an estimate. I called back ~7/6 since I had not received an estimate via email or a phone call. I was told that no one had been out, but that someone would do the estimate in the next 2 days. I still have not heard back from them! I would think they would at least call back to let me know if they are running behind, but it seems they can't track these things effectively.

Description of Work: Provided a same-day response to clear a blocked gutter. Very, very prompt and efficient. Well worth the small amount paid to resolve an issue I had ignored for several months.

Description of Work: Aerotech replaced my gutters and downspouts and installed buried drain pipes to improve water flow away from my home. The personnel from Aerotech (both sales & install) were very professional. Sales came to view the property twice and presented options and recommendations and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had to have some woodwork preparation and painting done prior to gutter installation and Aerotech scheduled this work so it was seamless and easy for me as the customer. I was very pleased with the end product - gutters/downspouts/drains all look great and function as desired. I would definitely recommend Aerotech to others.

Description of Work: Reattached gutter that was blown loose by high winds. Workmen were on time and did exactly what I needed.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters and reattached several pieces of siding. $100.00 to attach the siding trim pieces, $60.00 for the gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: We had a problem with gutters leaking along the back of our house. We had two different companies come out to figure out the problem. Both responded that the gutters were installed properly. Jim, from Aerotech came out, recognized the problem immediately. They replaced the gutter covers along the back and installed something between the rood and gutter. Problem fixed---no more leaking!
