Aerotech Gutter Service of St. Louis

So glad we chose this company. Work was completed in one day- we have 1 1/2 story house. Cleanup was awesome. Only found one screw later. Only wished I knew more than one day ahead of time when they were coming.

We have been using Aetotech for several years. Last year they cleaned the gutters in the fall, (late summer) and the leaves hadn't even come off the trees yet. This year, they came in September and we were home and were able to catch him before he started work. We said come back when the leaves had fallen--we will call them. They came last week without having been called, and the gutters still did not need cleaning, but they did anyway. We called to talk to them and they won't come back later, and they still are charging us. Would not use them again.

Horrible. Listen to the other negative reviews that I let slide because of the positive reviews. I specifically said I wanted a repair and one-time cleaning (non-recurring). I get out of work to meet them and then when they arrived they told me they only provide cleaning services if you sign up for regular cleanings. $95 if you do 4 times per year, but price jumps 75% if you do any less than that. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time.

Preston gave us several choices as to how leaking gutter could be repaired. He offered alternatives without pressuring us, which we appreciated. He came prepared to work & did a very nice job.

They weren't interested in an emergency cleaning, only wanted to send someone out to give an estimate for an annual service contract.

decided to replace roof so gutter problem could be solved. did not use Aerotech.

Good cleaning. They wanted to come back in 3-months for another cleaning. Will probably put off until late fall as gutters remain clean and rain water flows freely. Will most likely contact about installing larger downspouts.

The work was performed on time and with no disruption to me. Price was very reasonable.

Gutter cleaning service was fine. The issue is that I signed up for a recurring service with a reasonable expectation that the leaves would be cleared out during and after the leaves fell in the fall. They were "delayed" due to weather and could not get out until January. My gutters were clogged for a couple of months, when in fact the service was to be scheduled quarterly. I don't understand how that happens. What was sold was not delivered.

Extremely disappointed in your service. Guy who cleaned the gutters used only a vacuum cleaner from the floor with a lousy extended pipe added to it. Didn’t even bother to look how the gutter looks after cleaning with ladder or a mirror for double story gutters. No conversation about what he did. I took the opportunity today to ***** the work myself Lower gutters which I could reach with my small ladder only to learn than some of the gutters have a screen and don’t need cleaning while others are still dirty and filled with leaves and debri. Interesting enough the picture I’m sending you are on front side where there are no trees. All the leaves are from back side big tree which has no leaves left for more than a week. It’s an scam and I want my money returned. Thank you.

The Aerotech crew was professional, courteous and completed the job on time. Would definitely hire them again.

They worked with us on scheduling. The job was large due to the length of gutter runs and the working height at the rear of the house. They finished in one day. The two workmen who showed up were friendly and professional. Everything was cleaned up before they left. There have been no problems to this point. We would definitely hire them again.

I was out of town for a funeral but my daughter was here. But so far I'm happy with everything they did. I don't see anything that he didn't do. It's the first time I've ever had my gutters cleaned so I guess a A on the price. Someone called and told my daughter they were going to be a little bit late.

They dug a hole and put some sort of jacks in the ground and started to work. The speed at which they raised and leveled this was astounding. There was no problem. They were incredibly neat. This is the company you want if your foundation is a problem.

They started on time and ended on time. The crew was there everyday and spoke with me daily about what they hoped to accomplish each day. They cleaned up daily so my yard was always looking good.The work was done in a workmanlike manner and the crew went over and above what would be normally expected. They were not the lowest bid, but the quality of the workmanship was well worth the few dollar difference. After the job, the owner came by and did a walk around of the project inspecting it with me, This company is much more than a gutter company and I would use them again without question. I chose a vinyl siding product but the also sell and install a hardboard product.

It didn't. I called Aerotech and was informed that their policy with gutter cleaning had changed. You must sign up and pay for two gutter cleanings. I was told the charge would be $215.00. I told the receptionist that we wanted gutter cleaning only one time because we were planning to put our house on the market in January. She said that they could sell only one cleaning if your house was under contract. I signed up with another provider that I found on Angie's List.

They showed up on time and did a great job at a great price.

When it used to rain, the gutters would drip for days afterwards, and a few spots where it leaked would drown my flowers. Now no more leaks, or overflowing. I think they did a great job. I have already scheduled a gutter cleaning in the fall from them.

I love Aerotech! They are very professional. They did a soffit job for me and it was perfect. I will be calling them soon to clean my gutters, it has been awhile. Bravo!

We had just purchased a new house. With the first major rain of the year our basement and areas around our house had pools of water. It was absolutely devistating! We called Aerotech (among others) and had them come out to give us a quote on our gutters. I didn't realize that they also did drainage systems as well. So when I mentioned our water issues in the basement, the Aerotech representative (who happened to also be one of the owners!) had me walk through all of our problems so that he could help us come up with a comprehensive solution - and not just gutters! Without being pushy, he suggested a full drainage system and the largest gutters we could get so that we would never have water issues again. When I asked about gutter guards, he actually recommended not getting them in our situation because they are not 'maintenance free' like some people will suggest. Aerotech put us at the top of the priority list since we were having water problems. After waiting about 2 weeks, they were able to install our new gutters and drainage system in a matter of 1 day! It took 4 guys to do it, but they worked hard all day long and did a great job. After one rain, we noticed that there was one area where the gutters were not sloped as well as they could be. We called up Aerotech and they took care of it within a couple of days. Ever since then, our water problems have COMPLETELY gone away. This is very impressive considering the amount of rain St. Louis has gotten in the past few months. These guys were not the cheapest (but also - not overpriced either). They were professional, quick, and provided comprehensive service. I would definitely recommend Aerotech to anyone. They are not looking to sell, they are looking to provide solutions.
