Aerotech regularly cleans our gutters. We have a four times a year cleaning schedule. They come, do the work quickly, and leave a yellow flag to let us know they were there. We haven't had any gutter problems, so I suppose they're doing a good job! Honestly, there's no way to know - but they do show up as scheduled. The price seems to go up every year, but overall, I'm happy with their service.

It went really well. I called for a quote and they sent someone out a week later. I signed up for the quarterly service so we didn't have to worry about appointments...they just come and clean them out and send you a bill. One less thing to worry about!

Service was timely and professionally performed. We are happy with the results and the value for the money.

They come, they clean, they send a bill. No hassle. No nagging. Just excellent work performed at a reasonable cost in a timely manner. We highly recommend them. I contacted Aerotech in 2010 for gutter screen installation; they gave me an estimate which was reasonable and did the work in punctual fashion. I did ask for a mechanic's lien release as a formality. They did not provide one. However, the work was done well and has served us well. I had them clean gutters in 2012 as well and they were punctual and did a solid job.

Aerotech did a great job. They were delayed by bad weather and contacted me with details about the new date and time they would be at my house to complete the job. The service people were prompt, professional and quite courteous. They worked quickly, did everything they were contracted to do and cleaned up all of the old materials. The new gutters look great and work well, resolving several issues we had with our old gutters.

The entire process went smooth from the estimator to the installation. Everyone was polite and offered great customer service. Gutters have been up for about 3+ months now and still work as intended.

Swimmingly well! I never know when they show up, they do, post a note that they were here, clean up mess around pool. They do a great job despite the price. Beats me climbing an extension ladder and standing on a 100+ degree, 8/12 pitch roof.

Technician arrived to second visit within weeks of previous visit. Technician arrived at residence, got out of truck, walked around house and left without ever providing service (unaware that I was home). On a separate occasion and most recent visit I asked to be notified when the technician would be coming to clean gutters and explained previous experience (year contract so couldn't cancel). I wanted to ensure I was home, since previous visits were unproductive. I'm notified and wait. Tech arrives at around 5:30 pm. I watch him take his ladder off his truck, lean it up against house and proceed up the ladder. He spends less than a minute on the ladder. He then gets down from ladder, placed it on his truck and proceeds to back up from my driveway! I quickly rush out front door and stop him in my driveway and ask what's going on. The technician looks startled, hems/haws... and says he doesn't have a broom. I asked if he was coming back or at least notify me that work was not completed and he offered to do the work if I had a broom. It should also be noted that we have gutter covers, but did not know that when we hired aerotech, as we had just moved into the house. They never removed covers, so completely unsure what they ever did during each $85 visit.

Aerotech was extremely responsive, I called them early in the week, and they had the estimator come out later the same week. He explained the different options and the pricing, and was prepared with all the paper work. We took a day or two to decide and emailed them the contract on the weekend. They came out on Tuesday to provide the service. I was impressed by their professionalism.

We began using Aerotech Gutter Service of St Louis two years ago. By committing to 2 cleanings per year, the charge is $75 each, which we consider a real bargain. It is absolutely worth the money. They are quietly and completely competent. The service person comes once in the spring and once in the late fall and simply does the job. You don't need to be home, so there's no coordinating of schedules and back-and-forth phone calls. We highly recommend them whether you're getting older like us, or just for the convenience. They do in less than an hour what it used to take us the better part of a day to do.

It really improved things. When it rained hard, it'd overflow. They put in a larger downspout and it recified the problem. It was pretty quick, and they did a nice job. They cleaned up well, too. I was satisfied with their work.

We have used them for several years. They always show up and do a good job of cleaning the gutters. Only one issue in all those years that I had to have them come back out and clear a clog that was in the downspout. I recommend the service.

Getting a quote, sending the deposit, and then getting the gutters installed were all very easy. After we'd made the deposit, they told us they were doing work two weeks out. It was almost three weeks later when we got a message one evening that our new gutters would be installed the next day. When I left for work in the morning, there was no one at my house yet. By the time I got home, however, the new gutters were installed and the workers had already cleaned up & gone. The new gutters look great, and have done well with recent rains. Final invoice was within $100 of original estimate.

Bob Lee was the salesman who came to our house and provided the quote. Bob was one of the main reasons we chose Aerotech. He was very knowledeable, thorough and honest in his explanations and was a good listener to our concerns. We liked the fact that this company wasn't connected with any of the MANY gutter gadgets on the market today (i.e. screens, helmets, etc). We felt that we got a much more honest assessment of what was best for our house since they had no allegiance to a specific gutter protection concept. Bob estimated their wait time to be about two and a half weeks and that is exactly what it turned out to be. We received a call advising us when they would be there to install and the crew arrived on time that morning. The crew was very polite and professional and customer service focused. The lead, Mike, walked around the house with me and answered any questions I had. I found them to be very honest as I pointed out what I thought might be a rotted facia board and Mike showed me that it was actually okay versus just needlessly replacing it and adding an extra charge (which he could have easily done)! When I came home that evening, I was very pleased with the look and quality of the installation - we went with the larger 6" gutters with larger downspouts. I did find a few things that needed to be addressed before I would be completely satisfied which was frankly a bit disappointing. However, I found the company to be VERY responsive, caring, customer service focused and committed to ensuring my satisfaction. They addressed every one of my concerns in a timely manner - I would use them again!

I've been working with this company since last summer and have hired them to come out to my home 4 times a year to clean out my gutters. They are very informative and always perform a great job. I’ve used several different companies throughout the years in the past, but this company has offered me the best price. They always show up on time and they do the work even if I’m not there. They simply send me an invoice once the work is complete, which makes everything very convenient. They are prompt and always do a thorough job.

Jim came out and spent some time talking to me about what we have. He knowledgeably compared our gutters with screens to Leaf Guard and other options. He noticed that 2 of my neighbors have these options installed on their houses, so he explained them to me. He also took into consideration the many trees in our front and back yards. So the consultation was great. Then, the man, who did the cleaning of the gutters on a later date, was efficient, considerate, and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Aerotech Gutter Service for 4 years. They advertise as having a worry free service, which is very true. My husband fell off of a roof several years ago putting a new roof on, which resulted in him breaking his back. I never want to see him up on a ladder to clean the gutters again. The gutter cleaners are very nice and they usually complete my gutters within 30 minutes using a vacuum from the ground. We signed up to have them clean four times a year, which is perfect since we have a lot of trees. I've never had any problems with the service and when I have called to ask questions or when my next cleaning will be, the customer service reps were very polite and helpful.
