It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. it turned out very well. He was very detailed about everything and spent a lot of time going through everything and showed me why he was doing what he was doing and I told him that I would highly recommend him because he does a very good job. He came out right away. I paid more because I had to get the A/C filled with freon.

Very good. Another nice young professional worker who did not try to sell me something I did not need.

We had no problems at all with Air Comfort Service. This was a special $79 deal and it was worth the money. I would hire them back but since then we installed a new system and the installer has been doing the check ups.

ACS was extremely responsive, answering my email within hours of sending a request for a quote. They sent one of the owners to my house to evaluate my old water heater (which was leaning heavily to one sie due to rusted out footings), and scheduled a new installation within days. They were very helpful in choosing a new heater based on my family sizer and water-use habits - even steering me away from a more expensive heater that would have been too much for my family. The installation was completed on the day they promised, the price was exactly as quoted, and they even followed up with a phone call days later to make sure everything was as expected.

This fall 2012 I called and left messages twice to set up service. Didn't get a call ba k for 2 wks Which by then I decided to use another company

they were on time ,professional, and neat and did a great job,as they promised ,excellent ,except: I have no way of knowing how the price was, as I have no idea how much an air conditioner real value or price is.

Provided did a great job. Everything went as expected and will use them again.

I could not ask for any better service...from the initial contact with the office staff who were super efficient then followed by a prompt on site review of the AC problem ( actually the CEO himself) began my experience with this provider. I was assigned a highly skilled technician to perform the service...in every aspect, this individual took great means to protect my floor coverings, and work area adjacent ot he furnace area. The quality of work was A plus...the follow-up by the office staff was excellent.

Work was completed on time and in a satisfactory manner.

The service went very well, in fact we have used them twice. The price was reasonable, 2 people came out for 2 different jobs and they were courteous, they did the job efficiently and they talked me out of something that would have cost me more money, they said I didn't need it right now and that was a plus on their side. They did an excellent job. They were punctual and they were here very quickly. They came out immediately during the winter because it was an emergency service.

The service turned out fine. They did a good job with a good price. I had purchased a big deal and I knew that it wouldn't be the total cost, and there would possibly be more that needed to be done, but some people wouldn't realize that and it would be nice if there was some way to talk to the company before hand.

I have used them more than once. It was perfect. They were very prompt and very professional. My schedule is very erratic and they worked around my schedule. Nothing has broken, so it went well. I would use them again.

It was pretty good. They initiated the contact and they came right on out. I never shopped around so I don't know. It seemed reasonable to me but I don't know whether it was a good price or not.

We purchased a $79 big deal. They came in. It was a savings for us. They looked at the heating and air conditioning; they put the refrigerating in and what we needed. It was a pretty standard service. It was good that they did it. There were no problems. It is not something that takes a long time to do. They came in, did it, and left. I do not think they use Freon anymore because of climate stuff. I have no complaints. The price was good.

It was fine. I was at work. My husband was at home when they were here. To my knowledge, there was no problem. Everything was fine.

My air conditioner had stopped working and it was not cooling like it should. And they went in and made some adjustments and stuff like that and made some recommendations on how to increase the airflow in the house. I had to go find another heating and cooling person who came out and turn out one of the parts and he had to replace that. I had used them before earlier in that year, because my furnace was leaking water and they came in and found what caused the leak and they repaired that and they did a good job with that. So, they did a good job with the heating, not so good job with the air conditioner. They had sent a different person earlier. The price was also a little high. They were informative and very helpful.

I was expecting a little more from this deal.

I had an issue with my furnace not coming on. Call and made an appointment. They came out right away. Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to clean and inspection my furnace and all was good by the time he left. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He even aswered questions about my outside unit. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Air Comfort Services.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Air Comfort Service. They did all that they could do and they found it to be low on Puron and I was not interested in filling it until I found out where the leak was. I had them to discontinue then they called out the manufacturer and installer. I did not complain about the service they provided.

The service man explained every thing he was doing to our air conditioner and did a detail job servicing it.

Arrived on time. Very professional. The only dissatisfaction I had involves the installation of the Humidifier. I have zoned heating and cooling and only could afford one Humidifier for the time being. It was installed on wrong unit. It still works and I have future plans to eventually get a Humidifier for the other unit, however it was not as instructed. I addressed the issue with the company and they were apologetic however there is not much that can be done after installed. They did offer me a discount on a second humidifier however not significant enough to entice me to spend more money.

Air Comfort Service Inc did a great job. They sent a super nice guy. He was very friendly, punctual and professional. Their quality and responsiveness was excellent. I will definitely use Air Comfort Service Inc in the future.

They were good. They ran into some issues but because it was a 100 year old building. There was an extra charge because my unit was located on the roof not on the ground. I thought they did a good job. It was not better or worse then any other AC companies I have used.
