"This company took $2400 to replace windows for my mother, now deceased, and never provided the windows or service. After several phone conversations and texts, he acknowledged he owed us a refund but has since been ignoring my attempts to reach him. This is going back to December 2021! Do not use as it appears he has done this to others as well!!!"
