Received a quote from Nencilly back in October2021 emailed Nencilly in June 2022 asked her if the quote was the same she said yes. Texted her and asked for additional work to be done Nencilly changed the price of the old estimate after the crew had been working for 2 hours. Nencilly said floor leveling was not included and I should have know because it was not on the invoice. I told Nencilly my job as a customer it to tell you what I want and your job as a contractor is to give me a price.I told Nencilly I told you from the begging I wanted all of my floors level I have no idea how you write your invoices and besides she didn’t change the price of the original job until the crew had already been working 2 hours. Since I didn’t agree on the price the crew left in the middle of the job. Nencilly is immature and unprofessional she kept texting me even after I told her to stop. I do not recommend this company

We had them install sheet vinyl. The installer was courteous, efficient and did a good job. We were happy with the result.
