Amant's Floor Care

They are just really professional, and they do a great job. My floors look beautiful when they are done. They are better with dark floors than they are with light floors. Everybody is like that, so it is not unusual. There are usually 2 guys, and they get it done in about 3 days. They are here a couple of hours each day because they have to wait in between while it dries. Their price is pretty good.

They have also done carpet cleaning for my daughter. They are just very good and very dependable. They have been in business for a long time, and I knew their products. They are on time. Their price is okay. I will use them again.

They are an excellent, family ran company. One of the sons, Kevin gave suggestions on how to get the tile up gave estimate. They went above and beyond because they bought cleaner to get some of the glue up that we weren't able to. When it was time to get the carpets cleaned I used them and we were just as pleased. They are a class act.

Wonderful! They got out all the stains and made it look like new.

Staff was very helpful with initial phone call and scheduled work in 2 weeks. $200 is their minimum charge which I thought was a little high at first, but after calling around seems to be about the norm. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Buffet looks like new!

Excellent. Response to request for free estimate was prompt and courteous. Price was significantly lower than other bids, despite this company's specialization and expertise in natural stone and other hard surfaces. One person performed the entire job in the morning, leaving the afternoon for drying time. Also provided referrals to businesses for cleaning of fine rugs, advice on cleaning in these areas and marble bath. Kevin Amant is very personable and a great communicator.

As carpet cleaners go, they're just okay. My cats had behaved inappropriately in one area and I specified that area had to be heavily cleaned. I do not think Phil understood what heavy meant. He repeatedly asked the same questions and I gave the same answers. I misunderstood the time of arrival so I was not ready with having moved the furniture. He was kind enough to help with that and did not charge extra. He was neat, clean & polite. I think he spent too much time talking to the men who were working on the porch rather than concentrating on cleaning my carpet. The one area should have been cleaned better & heavier deodorizer applied. I specified that in a survey they sent and have not heard a word from them.

They provided excellent, honest service. The man that came to clean my carpets was very nice, polite and professional. The quality of the work was excellent and I would recommend them to others.

This company is a family run business. The unique thing about them is that although they do carpet cleaning, they also do tile work such as resetting. They are very meticulous. They are a smaller business operation so you get a little more personalized attention then you would using a larger place and I just think the world of them. They are thorough, precise and very accommodating. They do excellent work. They really do.

They always leave me a bottle of spot cleaner when they are finished which is a nice touch to a job well done.

Amants was called the day this happened but would not be able to come out for three days, however, within twelve hours they called back with a cancellation, making them able to come out the very next day. They were on time, pleasant and professional. Knew just what to do, in fact we asked them to also clean the carpeting on our staircase as well. They were more than happy to do the extra work.

Kevin Amant was prompt following up with me to come and give me an estimate. His price is about half that of his competition. He was able to get the crew out to my house the day after I accepted the bid. The men polishing did the work well. They taped and put pads down on the carpet to protect it from the cleaning fluid. The minor scratches on the floor were cleaned and the marble is shiny again. My only complaint is the workers accidentally spilled some of the water from the rinse bucket onto the carpet. They did nothing to clean it up other than to put a towel on it. I had to get my own paper towels to soak up the remaining water.

I'm one of their repeat customers because they do an excellent job. They cleaned 3 rooms, steps, a hallway, and walkway for me. They put down the water and cycle it back to the truck. I'd recommend them to everyone!

They tried to remove paint stains on the carpet, but were unsuccessful. I feel like it was the painter's fault, not the carpet cleaners. I didn't expect the stains to come out.

The did an exceptional job. I disliked having the light colored grout in my floor because of the dirt factor. Kevin suggested coloring the tile and guided me with color selection. I am extremely pleased with the finished product. Two workers did the whole job in one day.

My carpets were really dirty, though I've had the carpets cleaned about once per year for the past 7 years, with a dog and 3 teenage boys I thought for sure the carpets just needed to be replaced. I seriously wanted to get new carpet, but my husband suggested I just get them cleaned. This was the first time I'd used Amant's, and I have to say they did a fantastic job! Justin was the tech, and he was very nice and knowledgeable. There were some areas that had some serious stains, and I was shocked at how great the carpets looked when he was finished. Amant's is not the least expensive company out there, but often times you get what you pay for, and I feel this was well worth it, and definitely less expensive than new carpet!

Justin arrived on time, and was very polite and knowledgeable. He went right to work and was done in about an hour or so. The carpet looks brand new! The previous owner had a dog which we think was kept in the basement which created a fairly strong pet odor. (not to mention the layer of dog hair). The odor is completely gone, and so is the dog hair! I would highly recommend Amant's.

PHIL WAS THE WORKER, HE WAS POLITE AND ON TIME. WE WALKED THROUGH AND POINTED OUT THE PROBLEM AREAS. HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND WAS VERY THOROUGH. HE WASN'T PUSHY IN SELLING ME SCOTCHGUARD. HE MADE MY CARPETING LOOK WONDERFUL.

Our bathroom looked brand new when Amant's was finished. The countertops were free of stains, and the shower was brighter and more water resistant. They also do great work on hardwood floors too!
