Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets in the house - 7 rooms, halls, 2 sets up steps and full basement. This is the 3rd time I have used Amants. In the past, just one person came and took 3-4 hours. They worked VERY fast as a team of two and were finished in about 1 1/2 hours. I almost wondered how they could get it done that fast as I can hardly vacuum the whole house in that amount of time. | |They are now charging extra to move furniture such as sofas. I was disappointed about this because when I got the quote they said they would not charge extra with the team of two. They honored this since that is what I was told and did not charge extra. Thank you!

+ -1 moreAmant's specializes in slate floor care, and their technicians did a great job of cleaning the floor AND the grout. However, there was white residue on the surface after they sealed the floor. They came back (at no additional charge) and used a different product to eliminate the white residue. The floor looks really beautiful now, although I was surprised that Amant's didn't mention that the slate would have a glossy finish after the second treatment.
Description of Work: Amant's cleans carpeting as well as hardwood and stone flooring. The slate floor in our kitchen didn't look very clean after 14 years, and the grout was pretty dingy.

+ -1 moreWE HAD USED AMANT'S A FEW YEARS BACK, THEN SWITCHED TO ANOTHER COMPANY (BECAUSE WE THOUGHT IT WAS CHEAPER) AND QUICKLY REGRETTED IT. THIS TIME WE USED AMANT'S AGAIN AND WE WON'T SWITCH TO ANYONE ELSE. THEY ARE NOT INEXPENSIVE BUT THEY DO THE JOB RIGHT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE STAFF SEEMS TO STAY THE SAME OVER THE YEARS (USUALLY A VERY GOOD SIGN). WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

HE ALSO DID SOME OTHER SMALL JOBS AT NO COST. $49 GREAT ROOM, $39-BEDROOM AND $4 FOR STAIRS AND NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR SPOT CLEANING. OVERALL GREAT JOB AND SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY. THE WORKERS NAME WAS PHIL AND I WILL ASK SPECIFICALLY FOR PHIL IN THE FUTURE.
