Description of Work: American Duct Cleaning were very professional. I liked working with them. My only comment is that I did not see a difference in the dust around my house at all. I don't know if that is due to poor quality of work or that duct cleaning isn't really necessary. Other folks have said it worked for them but I feel the money and time to do this wasn't worth the results we experienced.

Description of Work: I paid $49 on a groupon package and when they got to my hoise they said it would be $475 to do everything. I feel they miss lead customers. I chose to do some of the work needed but we still ate having the same problems we did before the work was done. They were 2 hrs late.

We had some concerns regarding our air duct connections because the indoor temperature in some of our rooms were especially vulnerable to the outside temperatures. They were very thorough checking this out for us and offered some suggestions that might be helpful in alleviating the problem. They were prompt in responding to our initial service call as well as the appointment time we set. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after they were finished. I would recommend them without hesitation.
