Cleaned out supply & return vents - even pulled out some small toys that had fallen down the vent when my toddler figured out how to pull off the vent cover. Performed the job well and at a good price.

They were not the most affordable one but very professional.

The prices were reasonable and they seem to have done a good job. The only thing we laughed about later was that they put all of the vents on backwards in our bedroom so the air blew towards the outside window instead of into the room...an easy fix.

I bought the duct cleaning service deal on 5/27/2016 for $324. I put in my top three times for service and waited to be contacted. I understand businesses need to schedule and may from time to time be overwhelmed. After several days without being acknowledged in any way, I sent a message to American Duct Cleaning through the contact portal on Angieslist, and again received no response. Following that, I called their contact number that was in my confirmation email to see if I could reach THEM. I left a message. No response. Now today, June 3rd, a week after paying $324, waiting to see if anyone would acknowledge my order and try to schedule the service I already paid for, I called Angieslist. The Customer Service person was very helpful, and tried to contact them on my behalf, and she said the number she had was disconnected and she could not reach them either. I cancelled my service with her and she said Angieslist will process my refund in 3-4 days.

Provider came out and cleaned Dryer vent and when i continued to have dryer issues scheduled a time to come out and inspect the vent again after the initial service.

I was happy with the service. The guys were prompt, fast, efficient and now we have a very pretty Dryer Vent that will be easier to clean out if we ever need that service again.

Two workers arrived at 9:00 am and were done by 12:00. We did not follow them around our reverse story and one half home, so we are only assuming that they did the job efficiently and according to their procedures. We have no reason to think differently. Our reasons for not being entirely pleased are the following: 1. The price was $ 788 for three hours or $ 263 per hour. Very high in our opinion. 2. After they left, we noticed that one of our ceiling vents in a downstairs bathroom had not been replaced so we had to carry a step ladder to our lower level to replace it. 3. A lower level door was left unlocked by them. We do not know why they needed to use this door any way!!

The provider came out to look at the job. They advised me that they do not install metal ducts, which was what I wanted. This is what caused me to request a refund on the deal. Dan, the technician that came out, was absolutely great.

They did a fine job. The company sent 2 techs who were at the home for 40 minutes.

Their price was great. They were very responsive when we call them or ask questions. I was pleased with the work they did. They were willing to offer good price and they were willing to beat the competition. I would use them again in the future.

American Duct Cleaning did an excellent job. Scheduling was easy and the service went smoothly with a great outcome. Mike and Dan were our technicians. When they arrived they explained the process in a clear manner. They were very kind gentlemen and worked diligently. We were very happy with this service and highly recommend this provider.

Oh wow!! From the first phone call until the time the tech left the house we were impressed with this service. Since duct cleaning is an expensive endeavor Randy did an amazing job explaining the process and the price break down for the job. The tech also understood the pricing and breakdown and was able to discuss at the home, which just reassured us about the quality of the company and the employees . We couldn't be happier with the service provided. My husband was apprehensive about having our ducts cleaned but was so happy we did. We would recommended these guys to anyone!!!

FIRST I TOTALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON SCHEDULING THEM TO COME OUT BEFORE OUR NEW AC/FURNACE EQUIPMENT WAS INSTALLED. I ENDED UP REMEMBERING TO CALL THEM A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE WE WERE HAVING NEW EQUIPMENT INSTALLED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO SQUEEZE ME IN THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS A TWO MAN TEAM THAT CAME THRU AND CLEANED THE VENTS TO THE MAIN DUCTWORK AND THEN SANITIZED THEM AND DID BACTERIAL FOGGING. THE FURNACE WAS WIPED DOWN INSIDE AND OUT AND ALL THE VENT COVERS CLEANED AND PUT BACK ON. WE HAD 21 VENTS TO THE MAIN TRUCK SO IT TOOK THEM A WHILE. ONE OF THE CREW MEMBERS (WHO WAS NEW) LEFT EARLY AND THE ONE WHO FINISHED CHECKED EVERYTHING THE FIRST ONE DID TO MAKE SURE NOTHING WAS MISSED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR WORK. i WAS ALSO GIVEN THE ANGIES LIST DISCOUNT

I called and left a message to get an estimate and was called back no less than 15 minutes later, which I found very impressive. I talked with Rando over the phone, who provided the estimate for our 1150 sqft. 2 bedroom apartment. He assured me that our painted over vents wouldn't be an issue, and that they could replace any missing screws. The previous tenants in our apartment had a dog and smoked, so we really need our ducts cleaned. He told me that Dan would be coming to do the job, and we set up an appointment for 3 days later (which also impressed me). Dan called when they were about 40 minutes away the day of the appointment, and they were very professional. They ended up replacing all of the screws on my vents, just in case, and make sure everything was clean and sanitized. They cleaned up after themselves very well, too. My apartment smells sooooo much better, and I no longer dread when my air conditioner is going to come on. Thank you soooo much, Rando and Dan! I would use them again, and recommend them to anyone!

When we first telephoned American Duct Cleaning for general information on the procedure, our telephone call was promptly returned. We were provided an estimate of cost, and we proceeded to set up an appointment. The appointment was a little more than a week later. On the day of the appointment, American Duct called us ahead of time, and told us that they would be out to the house in about 45 minutes. The service techs were two young gentlemen (Jeff and Kyle) who looked like they were right out of high school. However, they were extremely polite, very professional, and very competent. They asked us how many ducts and air return vents we had, and the price was based on that number. They went right to work in the basement. They cut several holes in the ductwork in the basement, and proceeded to vacuum out all of them. Also, they removed all of the floor vents in the upper part of the house and cleaned them by hand. The entire job was completed in about a couple of hours. The workmen were conscientious and careful around my floors and furniture. When the invoice was figured up after the work was completed, we were given an additional discount because the team leader "liked" us. This was in addition to the coupon provided here in Angie's List. American Duct took a credit card. If we ever have our ducts cleaned again, we will definitely be calling American Duct.

He cleaned the air vents and was very professional. Was on time and courteous. The only thing that bothered me was he did not put all my vents on or put on in a hurried fashion. My mother used him the next day and her furnace cover was not placed on properly and it was loose and shaking. Small details mean alot.

Excellent service. On time, great documentation including pictures. Tenants were very pleased with the results. The building was built in the late 60's so it was in need of a good cleaning.

It went well. They did a good job, had good customer service, finished one of their set up when they said they will finish. It has been probably 3 or 4 weeks ago. I do not remember it was low.
