Description of Work: They took off old shingles and replaced with new ones. A couple of ceiling stains brought a quick response at no extra charge even though the cause turned out not to be their fault. One was due to a clogged gutter and downspout which they cleaned out and the other a crack in the chimney cap which they caulked as a temporary measure. New attic vents were added as well as flashing around the chimney and they will come out and put in a vent when we are ready to add a new range hood at no extra charge. The above price includes some discounts, one of which was senior citizen, and I forget the other.

Description of Work: We awoke at 7am to find roofers waiting for us. They worked steadily until 8 30pm--almost totally dark--but they got it done in one day. This was a tear-off, too. Cleanup was well done. Our next door neighbor used the company 5 years ago with good results. Pyramid is well regarded by our insurance company. With a roofing job, I think the installation work is just as important as the materials used, and they did a good job.

Description of Work: Sales crew was great - came out gave an estimate and worked with the insurance company with no problems. The workers did leave the water turned on and one of hoses broke, but they took replacement cost off of the final bill.

Description of Work: They did a good job, cleaned up after the job and the roof looks great. Todd Rohan gave me an upgrade on my shingles and I only got one nail in my tire... not bad. They did damage my stucco... we are still working that out. Overall, I would recommend Pyramid.
