Morgan Miller Plumbing

The plumber (Brian) was very friendly. They were able to come over in the evening which was nice. He offered to clean the mess out of the tub that he made. Aside from replacing the old plumbing fixture, he installed a new drain with a plug. He scratched up the tub while doing this but we plan on replacing or painting the tub anyway. Overall he did a good job and he was very friendly.

I replaced our kitchen sink myself which involved relocating some of the underneath plumbing. I spent hours trying to find the right assortment of pipes to get the drains to line up and finally gave up. I had used Morgan Miller once before and gave them a call. They had a plumber out to our house same day. The plumber used many of the parts I had already purchased, thus saving me parts charges. In the end he only had to use one part off his truck and had to do some minimal PVC pipe sawing. He did the job quickly and the finished product works great. They are also very conscious of keeping the area clean, laying down pads and wearing booties on their shoes.

Our home was built with almost every faucet being soldered directly to the copper water pipes. So when you want to replace a faucet or have a faucet problem you have to shut off the water to the whole house. In our half bath we wanted to install an updated faucet. I called Morgan Miller and scheduled a time for them to come out. Scheduling a specific time was very flexible and quick. They gave me a quote for the job on the phone and the quote was the price they charged me after the work was done. The plumber arrived on time, had all the necessary tools and parts and removed the existing faucet, installed valves on the existing water lines to that faucet, then installed the new faucet. The new faucet we purchased separately from Home Depot and just had Morgan Miller install it while they were there doing the water pipes to the faucet. The plumber was very nice and courteous and clean. He used a mat to make sure no water dripped onto the cabinet and wore booties over his shoes.

Came in and was very quick and precise to the problem. Prevented a major leak that could have been more dramatic. He was very honest, extreme integrity, and experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He is good. He is cheaper than some of these companies; some of these companies charge by the item they do. He charges by the hour and he comes in much less than they do. We were very pleased. We would recommend them. It was very expensive, but I think we saved $90 over somebody who charged by the project. They were very nice people and very professional. They were much cheaper than other quotes we got which were by the piece. With regard to price, they were outstanding.

A receptionist immediately answered the phone and said someone could be here within an hour. He arrived as promised and did a professional, quality job. I thought they might have to tear into my walls. Instead, he found the leak elsewhere and fixed it in less than an hour. I know I will call them again when I need any plumbing work. Highly Recommended!

Great! The guys arrived on time, looked everything over and made suggestions, then went right to work! They made sure we understood everything about the new water heater before leaving and how to proceed with installing our tile around the new valve. Highly recommend!!

A week ago, I sent an email to this company requesting and estimate for installation of an electric tankless water heater and received no response.

They were good. They provided an estimate before they did the work. They came when they said they were going to.

The main drain to the house is approximately 50 years old and buried under an old tree. Roots grow into the pipe and have to be removed every couple of years ago. We called Morgan Miller this time because we had received an advertisement indicating that a specific service tech was now working there. He was prompt and performed his usual excellent job. We received a follow up post card from the owner of the company a week or so later, checking on the service.

I'm so disappointed. I've used this company in the past to replace all of the plumbing and drains in my house. I called them again for a couple of minor repairs. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday between 3 and 5pm. He showed up at 5:30 and told me he didn't have the parts to make the repairs even though I had been specific about what I needed done. He then told me he would send someone on Saturday morning at 8:00am with the correct parts. I told him that would be fine. By 10:00am no one had shown up. I called another plumber at that point. I won't be using this company again. Too bad - they did a nice job the other two times I had used them. A little pricey but good work.

I am very, very pleased with Morgan Miller Plumbers. The overall experience kind of depends on which plumber it is but the company itself I would say an A. There are plumbers of theirs that I like better than others. I mean I have had them out to do probably at least half a dozen different jobs. I have only ever had one that I have like requested him not to come back. Their professionalism is an A except for the one guy. I would continue to use them.

They came in and cut the concrete, put in the gravel sump pit, piping and insulation, hooked up to the electricity and ran all the lines. They were in and out within six hours. They people who came out were really courteous. They have really good follow up, they called me after the first rain storm to make sure it was functioning properly.

They responded promptly, and got it fixed the same day within about 5 hours of my call. The options were repair faucet for 225 or replace it for 375 as I recall. I opted for the repair with no warranty because of the cost, which I found high for either service.

CAME OUT WITHIN 3 HOURS ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, ALTHOUGH DID NOT RETURN F/U PHONE CALL. WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT. HE COULD HAVE DONE A LOT MORE AND CHARGED ME BUT HE DIDN'T. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WITH THE SAME RESULTS.

PLUMBER DONOVAN WAS EXCELLENT. HE EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. ALL OF THE ITEMS THAT WERE REPLACED WERE DONE SO AFTER WE HAD TOLD HIM TO CHECK ON THEM. WE ASKED FOR A NEW FAUCET BECAUSE THE OLD ONE DID NOT WORK WELL. DONOVAN FOUND THAT THEY HAD BROUGHT A WRONG PART SO THE NEW ONE WAS DELIVERED IN 20 MINUTES. DONOVAN WAS FINSIHED IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES. HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND DISPOSED OF THE OLD PARTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MORGAN MILLER PLUMBING.

OVER A PERIOD OF A FEW DAYS, THE COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES WORKED DILIGENTLY AND WITHOUT MANY BREAKS TO FIX GAS LEAKS AND REPLACE OLD GAS LINES. THE SMALL PLUMBING JOB TOOK A LOT LONGER (IT SEEMS) THAN THE MAJOR GAS WORK DUE TO HAVING TO WAIT FOR PARTS. WHILE THE COST WAS NOT CHEAP BY ANY MEANS, IT WAS WORTH IT HAVING SOMEONE WHO KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID IT IN A COMPETENT MANNER.

PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. EXPLAINED WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE AND THEN PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

JESSE, OUR TECHNICIAN, WAS RUNNING A FEW MINUTES BEHIND, BUT CALLED TWICE TO LET US KNOW WHERE HE WAS AND THAT HE WAS ON HIS WAY, HE ENDED UP BEING APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES LATE. HE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, HOW TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM, AND ADJUSTED THE BARS INSIDE THE TANKS. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

RECOMMENDED BY OTHERS. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE OWNER FOLLOWED UP WITH PHONE CALL TO SAY THANK YOU.

TONY IS VERY NICE, AND WAS RIGHT ON TIME WHEN THEY SAID THEY'D BE HERE. DID THE WORK AND THEN VISITED - JUST LIKE A FRIEND.

JEROME CAME OUT WITH JESSE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, TOO.

JEREMY WAS A GOOD PLUMBER, ON TIME, AND VERY POLITE. HE FINISHED WORK AND CLEANED UP MESS IN BATHROOM AND TOOK MESS WITH HIM.

TONY WAS A GREAT PLUMBER AND VERY FRIENDLY. HE WAS FAST AND REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. REASONABLE PRICE.
